It All Started With Him

Chapter 4 ~ Meeting New People

After a fun 20 minute ride with Aiden I finally pull up in front of a café called 'Rise 'N' Shine'. It's always opened from 6 am to 6 pm.
Stepping inside I smell the strong smell off coffee and croissants and cookies and eggs and just everything you could ever imagine for breakfast. The café is the right size, it's cozy and small yet there's still lots of room.

"How may I help you?" Asks a short teenage girl about 17 years old.
Aiden comes in view and her eyes instantly flicker to him examining every aspect of his face. I mean it's hard not to look at Aiden like that but couldn't she be any more obvious?
"Me and my girl would like two large lattes with scrambled eggs and toast, table 10."
He throws his hand around me pulling me closer, he definitely knows this girl will be annoyed now and I think we all know he did it to piss her off, and of course she's pissed with the looks she's giving me.
"You know, I'm starting to think you like me. More than just friends." I say looking at Aiden.
"Really? Why would that be?"
"Well yesterday when we met your eyes scanned me and when you thought I wasn't looking you smiled. Then at the house you got weirdly close to me and it seemed like you were debating weather you should or shouldn't kiss me, not that I didn't like it," I wink at Aiden before I continue, "then your mom said something like 'I see the way my son looks  at you, you must be special' and before I could ask what she meant you came into the room! And now this? Seems like someones got a crush, I wouldn't blame you I'm pretty damn beautiful"
"First off all your just a girl, nothing special, second off all my mom probably said that because your the first girl that isn't yet  lined up at the door for you know what and lastly I'm just having fun. Can't a bad boy have some fun?"
"Hmmm, right, whatever helps you sleep at night babe."

We finish off our meals and Aiden goes to the restroom so i quickly go and pay so that he doesn't be the 'gentleman' he is and pay instead.
"So which way to school?" I ask whilst clicking my seat belt in.
"Take the right at the end of this main road and then a left and we'll be there."
I do as Aiden says and in less that 5 minutes we get to Wrightsville High School. It's huge, bigger than the schools in England, probably because there's about 7,000 students here. It's a modern looking school with 5 huge buildings. I'm quickly snapped back into reality when I hear a car beeping at me. I look into my mirror and see a purple porche behind me. I pull over to the side and before I can stop my car I already hear knocking at my window.

"DO YOU NEED GLASSES OR SOMETHING?! DID YOU NOT SEE HOW YOU WERE PARKED RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD??"
Some blonde barbie starts shouting in my face. She looks like a bitch. Her face is caked up with makeup and her voice is high and scratchy as if she had a cold. She's wearing some Louis Vuitton clothes and she smells of rich people. Literally.
I open my car door which immediately smashes into her face and she winces in pain,
"You should be more worried about that HUGE  volcano on your nose and that bruise you're going to get on your forehead. Go. Run. Scatter away."
The girl looks at me with her hands over her nose and forehead and then she screams loud enough to bring the whole worlds attention to us. Don't get me wrong I love attention but she's just gonna get so embarrassed, I can already see tons of phones out filming this whole scene. Before she's able to run away I stick my foot out and she stumbles to the floor. I told myself that instead of picking fights at this school, I will deal with things in a different way. That was one way.
The girl quickly gets up and rushes out with her 'minions' following her. How ironic one is wearing yellow too hah.

"What a show! Maybe I am starting to like you." Aiden says teasingly laughing at me.
"You're probably gonna hear a lot more of this when she sees me again." I joke,
"That was Kiara btw, the schools biggest bitch."
"Ahh the Queen.B that thinks she has the whole world wrapped around her finger?"
"Yup that's her."

A group of 4 boys come over to greet Aiden,
"Guys this is Riley, she will be joining our school next week Monday, she is currently my next door neighbour,"
Aiden introduces me to his friends,
"This is Chase," he points to a tall mixed race boy with blue eyes and freckles.
"This is Leo,"
A boy with brown hair and a side part as his hairstyle looking like Leonardo Dicaprio waves at me,
"This is Allen, the joker and the one that cuts through all the tension,"
Allen is gorgeous,not as much as Aiden of course but still goregous. He kisses my hand and says, "Can't wait for you too start at the school Riley." And then sends me a wink, I glance up to Aiden who has his eyes fixated on my hand that's in Allens and i swear I hear him growl like a wolf.
He shakes his head as if to clear his head and says,
"Lastly, this is Jace,"
Jace has dark brown crew cut hair and green eyes, he's also tanned which makes him look rather sexy. He simply throws me a warm smile and I return it.

"So Riley, what's such a beautiful girl doing with such a huge jerk?"
Allen asks me, Aiden attacks him and they start to play fight.
"Oh you know, he kidnapped me and made me drive him to school since the little kid he is broke his motorcycle."

The bell rings and the boys start to head to school, everyone but Aiden. I guess what he's about to say and ask,
"You want me to pick you up don't you, Carter?"
"Yeh, can you?"
"I'll think about it."

And with that I leave and get back home to start ordering food to be delivered home and find a job.
