Breyanne
"C-Captain?" Diane and I looked at the Captain in shock, seeing that he was now laying on the ground in his pool of blood from the injury on his shoulder Gilthunder gave him. I looked at Gilthunder, wondering where the Little Gil I once knew was. His laugh, the bright crystal blue eyes...they were all gone; it was as if the joy was sucked out of him and he was just a knight who was just a puppet for the kingdom.

I clenched my fists in anger and looked up at Gilthunder, glaring at him. Why Gil...why would you do this? This isn't like you at all!

He stared at me and then back at Meliodas. To show that I am stronger. I've grown stronger than him...and I'm going to kill him...I'll continue to grow stronger and kill every single one of you pathetic sins...Including your brother.

In the blink of an eye, I pushed myself off the rock and summoned Unknown, pushing the blade into the ground and using all of my strength to kick him to the other side of the forest.

"Breyanne...what's wrong?" Diane asked me.

I glared at the ground for a minute and pulled Unknown out of the ground, tightening my grip on the handle as I started walking further and further away from Diane and Meliodas.

"Nobody hurts my friends, and nobody, I mean nobody...", I looked up at the direction I threw Gilthunder, "CALLS MY FREINDS OR BROTHER PATHETIC!" I started sprinting away from them and ran straight for my target, all my senses sharpening as I continued to get more and more pissed off.

I'm going to get some answers out that dumbass! I told her before I was out of sight.

Breyanne

I stopped in front of Gilthunder and looked at him, seeing him sitting in a large crater. Debris laid all over him as he stared at me with anger. I sighed and made Unknown vanish, sitting down in front of him.

He continued to glare at me as I rested my hand on my chin. Wipe that scowl off your face Little Gil, doesn't look good on you, I said telepathically as I smiled at him

He continued to glare at me as he stood up, his sword glued to his hand as he slashed the air, the dust flying off the blade. Do you want to take Meliodas' place instead?

No thanks. I just need you to lose that little attitude you're giving me as an act. Just tell me where I can possibly find my brother and King or I-

Or what? You'll kill me?

He continued to stare at me with a glare on his face as he walked around me in a circle, like a predator closing in on his prey. He unsheathed his sword and held it over my shoulder, the blade scratching my right shoulderenough for blood to drip down my arm.

"I won't hesitate to kill you at all if that's what you want to do as well..", he whispered in my ear with venom, "make no mistake of that."

I looked at him from the corner of my eye and started going into a fit of giggles, then slowly laughing my ass off. He stared at me in shock like I've gone crazy or something. I calmed down and smiled at him.

That's a good one Little Gil, you're funny as hell! Did you forget that I'm immortal?

His eyes widened for a minute and he pulled his sword away from me. I forgot...however, that doesn't stop me from attacking you.

I pushed myself off the ground and spun around, doing a summersault into the air and kicking Gilthunder's sword out of his hand. Catching his blade in midair, I landed back on the ground behind him, holding the tip of the blade at the back of his neck. "Don't even think about it Gilthunder. All I want to know is where my brother and King are....", I said slightly glaring at the back of his head. He slowly turned around towards me staring at me with his dull, dark blue eyes.

Where did the life in you go, Little Gil? I thought to myself. I held the handle of his blade towards him. He was hesitant at first, but grabbed the handle as he continued to glare at me, my hand still resting there as I looked back at him, my eyes filled with sadness.

Gil...I want to help you and the kingdom...just tell me where Ban and King are. If we were the enemy, I would've killed you by now, you know this. You're not the Little Gil I use to know...what happened to you...Why are you like this?

He looked at me with shock. I let go of his sword and turned around, walking back in the direction towards the others . You don't have to tell me right away if you don't want to, you can tell me as soon as the others leave the for-, I felt a sharp pain on my back and coughed up blood, falling on my knees and holding myself up. I put my hand behind my back and then back in front of me, seeing blood was now all over my hands.

Gilthunder had struck me.

I looked at him with anger as the wound started to heal up. "WHAT THE HELL GIL?! I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING TO Y-" before I got to finish, he put his hand over my mouth.

Baste Dungeon and the Necropolis...The capital of the dead...you'll find Ban and King...but King might be dead.

I highly doubt King's dead...

He removed his hand from my mouth and turned away, summoning lightning and vanishing out of the forest

I smiled and pushed myself up off the ground, dusting myself off. See ya, Little Gil..

Did you get all of that Captain? I asked Meliodas walking back towards them.

Yep, sure did! Thanks, Breyanne!

No problem, I'll meet you guys at the Dungeon. Go get that wound Little Gil left on you checked out.

I'll be fine Breyanne, just need some rest is all. We'll see you at the prison.

I sighed as I felt my shirt slowly slide down my shoulders. I pulled the sleeves back up and watched it fall off my shoulder, feeling the tear slightly went down my back. I pulled the loose strands together and tied it into a bow.

I should probably get a new shirt before anything... I sighed and started walking out of the forest, heading to Baste Prison.

I'll see you soon...Ban.

Diane

I haven't seen Breyanne that upset since Ban tried to take the captains sword and was wounded. And the other time when all of us except for her were injured and couldn't stand up. Remembering the cold glare and aura she had around her that day when going against our enemies, a sudden chill ran down my back.

Whatever Gilthunder said to her telepathically, it definitely sent her over the edge, I thought as the Captain sat up. "Oh Captain, you're okay!" I smiled at him. Elizabeth and Hawk came running back to us. Without anyone noticing, I glared at Elizabeth.

She may be one of the royal family members, but she's not taking the captain away from me!

"Where did Breyanne go?" Meliodas asked me.

I pointed toward the direction Breyanne went. "Gilthunder pissed her off for some reason, I don't know why though...", I said.

"Do you think it might have to do something with you and Sir Meliodas?" Elizabeth asked.

Meliodas started walking off in a different direction. "Let's go, Breyanne will meet us at our next location", he said.

"And where's that captain?" I asked following him, Elizabeth and Hawk trying to catch up as well.

He turned around and smiled at us. "Baste Dungeon and then the Necropolis!"
