    She is based off of being a mermaid. I added gills, seashell necklace and seaweed/ rag like top.
    
                          
    I might draw her with her full Tail but I'am not sure yet. I'll post more art soon ;) 
    
                          
    And she's just a random character of mine, I made outta no where so yeah. Her name is also Seadream. I might have her with a sea friend but I'am not quite sure yet. XD
