"how does this look babe?" joe asked as he turned around to mallory who glanced up from her phone. a wide smile grew on her face as she took in his appearance.
"handsome, as always my love." she replied walking towards joe as she wrapped her arms around his neck. pressing her lips to his sweetly, the two smiled up at each other. "i'm so excited, you're going to love this place, especially for it being your first time." joe smiled, giving mallory's arm a gentle squeeze.
"i absolutely cannot wait for harry potter world, they seriously have hogwarts there?" mallory asked for the thousandth time. "yes, you're going to freak out from how realistically detailed everything is." joe replied, headed towards his dresser to spray on some cologne.
"you know who else loves universal mal?" joe asked, glancing over towards mal who was debating over an shirt to wear. "who?" mallory asked, holding up both options of the shirts.
"charlie and na-"
"oh my gosh! yes- let's invite them. i haven't seen natalia in forever, it would be so great to see her precious self again." mallory beamed, smiling over at joe who already had his phone out.
after twenty or so minutes, the two had quickly arrived over to natalia and charlie's place. joe helped mallory out of the car and they walked towards the house. joe reached forward and rang the bell, glancing over at mal smiling happily to himself.
charlie opened the door and smiled up at the two, "would you look who's here... come on in romeo and juliet." he teased, stepping aside for the two to walk in. "nice to see you too charlie ." joe chuckled, playfully punching at his arm.
"is that.. oh my gosh... m- mallory bauer?" a familiar voice called from around the corner.
mallory turned her head, seeing natalia stroll into the room looking absolutely lovely.the two girls embraced each other, immediately throwing compliments back and forth to each other. "i swear mal, each and every time i see you- you're always glowing! please do teach me!" natalia laughed, resting her head on charlie's shoulder.
"it's crazy, right?" joe smirked, wrapping his arm around mallory's waist. mallory blushed and hid her face in joe's side, "oh no.. see- we've embarrassed her now!" joe chuckled, rubbing his fingers through mal's hair gently.
"thank you, really. now enough about me, can we please go to universal now?" mallory smiled, receiving laughs from the others.
nodding their heads, natalia and charlie gathered their belongings needed for the trip and headed out the door towards the car.
"mal's sitting in the back by me!" natalia insisted, grabbing mal's hand heading towards the seats in the back of the car.
buckling in, natalia leaned in towards mallory. "so, how have things been?" she questioned. mallory took a deep breath and let out a laugh, "amazing of course, he's lovely as always."
"that's so great to hear, m' so proud of how far you guys have come in your relationship. millie and i really know when ships are meant to be." natalia sighed happily, and all mallory really could do was smile at the thought.
the rest of the car ride to the park consisted of the girls taking numerous amounts of pictures, and talking humorously about charlie and joe.

"welcome to...diagon alley." joe quoted as the four walked through the 'wall' to get into diagon alley. pointing the camera towards mallory, joe made sure to get every little second of her initial reaction.
mallory's jaw fell to the floor, she squeezed joe's arm excitedly as the four of them walked through the area. "i'm absolutely speechless!." mallory exclaimed, smiling happily over at joe.
heading even further into diagon alley, the four enjoyed themselves. they checked out the wide variety of shops, and even went onto the popular ride featured in gringott's bank.
exiting the ride, mallory quickly retrieved her camera to show the aftermath of joe's hair. laughing loudly, mallory got a full angle view of the so called 'disaster'.
"bubby- you still look handsome as ever." mallory teased, stepping closer to fix his hair up a bit.
taking the camera, natalia videotaped the two. "isn't that just #goals? get yourself a girl that will love you even without several layers of farrah fawcett." charlie teased, zooming in on joe who had been giving the two a dirty look.
