'Just Listen' is a fanfiction set in 2020, after Kim Seokjin and Min Yoongi enlist in the military, first published in 2018. Most aspects of this story are purely fictional.

Let's cover some basic Korean that you will need to know in order to read this story (every other unfamiliar word will be explained in () throughout the story):

Annyeonghaseyo: (안녕하세요) Hello. *This will most probably not be used in my story*

Arghjinja: (아, 진짜!) *The 'argh' was added to place emphasis on the state of annoyance, frustration or anger the character is in*

Ajuma: (아줌마) Lady; aunt *Usually refers to older women who have been married in Modern Korean.*

Ajushi: (아저씨) Man; uncle *Usually refers to older men who have been married in Modern Korean*

Hyung: (형) Older brother/ older male *in the perspective of a boy*

Noona: (누나) Older sister/ older female *in the perspective of a boy*  

Omo: (어머) O.M.G; Oh my goodness.

Oppa: (오빠) Older brother/ Older male *in the perspective of a girl* 

Unni: (언니) Older sister/ Older female *in the perspective of a girl*

Ya: (야) Hey *Not the 'hello' hey, but the (e.g) 'Hey, you want to die' hey*

R e m e m b e r

1. In Korea, we put the surname before the name. e.g. Park Jimin, whereas, in countries with European influence, we write 'Jimin Park', instead of 'Park Jimin'.

2. Park Jimin is most probably not the type of person portrayed in this story. Hopefully, our Chim Chim stays happy and healthy for a long time :).

3. Some content in this book may be disturbing to some readers. If you are sensitive to topics such as mental illness, suicide, self-harm, and abuse, then I don't recommend you to read on. This is also a caution to my younger readers.
