I entered the common room, and found Lucy’s cat. I gave it a note that put:

In five minutes where last time. Draco.

I was waiting for Lucy, and when she came, I saw she had her hair lose, and she wore her cloak, bringing mine in her arms. I thanked her and put it round myself. She looked at me, waiting, and I remembered why I was there. I took out my wand, and said softly Instrumento and two guitars appeared: an acoustic and an electric one. Lucy guessed what I was about to do, and her face lit up with joy. I said under my breath Playandrum, and the music started. I took a big breath, and started to sing:

I don’t want this moment,

To ever end.

Where everything’s nothing,

Without you.

I’ll wait here forever,

Just to,

To see you smile.

Cause it’s true,

I am nothing,

Without you.

Through it all,

I’ve made my mistakes,

I stumble and fall,

But I mean these words.

I want you to know,

With everything I won’t let this go.

These words are my heart and my soul.

I’ll hold on to this moment you know.

Cause I’ll bleed my heart out just to show,

That I won’t let go.

Thoughts read unspoken,

Forever and now.

The pieces of memories,

Fall to the ground.

I know what I did and how so,

I won’t let this go,

‘Cause it’s true,

I am nothing without you.

All the streets where I walked alone,

With nowhere to go,

Have come to an end.

I want you to know,

With everything I won’t let this go.

These words are my heart and soul.

I’ll hold onto this moment you know.

As I bleed my heart out to show,

And I won’t let go.

In front of your eyes,

It falls from the skies.

When you don’t know

What you’re looking to find

In front of your eyes,

It falls from the skies.

When you just never know

What you will find.

What you will find.

What you will find.

What you will find.

What you will find.

I don’t want this moment,

To ever end.

Where everything’s nothing,

Without you.

I want you to know,

With everything I won’t let this go.

These words are my heart and my soul.

I’ll hold onto this moment you know.

As I bleed my heart out to show,

And I won’t let go.

I want you to know,

With everything I won’t let this go.

These words are my heart and my soul.

I’ll hold onto this moment you know,

As I bleed my heart out to show,

And I won’t let go.

When I finished, tears were running down her cheeks. I got close to her and hugged her tightly. She grabbed me, like never wanting to let go. I held her in my arms, while I whispered that we were going to be together forever, and that nothing would separate us. She cried harder, and just simply said <Tell me something pretty>. I stood thinking for a while, and finally said:

“If I could choose a part of you, I would choose your tears, because they’re born in your heart, burn in your eyes and die at your lips” She looked at me and kissed me, like she had never kissed me before, like this was going to be our last kiss. Adrenaline running through my veins, I kissed her back willingly, passion spreading through our mouths, our lips brushing together.

When we finally separated, it was half past eleven in the night, and I remembered that at midnight I had to be in the Forbidden Forest with my father. I told Lucy I had to go, and she meant to understand, because she nodded. When I was walking back to the stairs, she told me:

“Be careful out there” she told me. She turned around and gave me her back but then faced me again, and told me something very suprising:

“Draco, remember that fear can make people do unimaginable things, unforgivable, but it’s just because they are afraid. Never forget that it’s OK to be afraid, Draco. Everybody is afraid and feels the same.”

I gave her one last hug, and mean while I watched her go to the Gryffindor common room, I went outside into the dark of the forest.
