Just Hanging out

Later that day when I went home and ate dinner as my mind was just thinking about Richie, i just couldn't get him out of my head even when I tried distracting myself as I got up to go Hang out with Richie as I went towards the door. "Eddie!" My mom yelled I turned to her "yes mummy?" I said "Where are you going? Huh?" She looked at me painting her finger nails "To uh- the library for studying" I said smiling at her "Okay honey, Just stay away from Dusty books so your allergies don't mess up" she said continuing "Okay love you mum" I said about to leave "you forgot something once again!" She said, i stopped and went over to her and kissed her cheek "bye mummy!" As I walked fast to the door and left.
While I was on my bike going to the lake, i was so ready to see Richie and be with him all alone. Just me & him, him & me. I peddled all the way to the lake seeing him there but with Beverly and Bill. "Hey guys!" I put my bike down trying to think why the others are here. They all turned their heads at me and Richie got up and walked towards me
"Hey eds!" He said
"Richie, stop calling me that" I said
"And Richie uhm.. I thought you said we were going to be alone, Just you and me" I whispered to him "oh yeah we we're but they we're here already." He said whispering back
"Alright.." I said glancing at him then going next to bev and Bill "I I know-w the sky sky- looks reall-y pretty" Bill said looking at the sky "yeah it sure does" Beverly said holding bills hand.
Richie sat next to me "Hey eddie" Beverly said "Hey Bev!" I said giving her a smile "I I have to- g-go home" Bill said getting up and then Beverly got up "I'll walk you home" she said grabbing his hand and they walked away "ok, see ya later" Richie said throwing rocks into the Lake. Me and Richie finally alone as we sat in silence, "Eddie are you okay?" He glanced at me while I was just staring at the water "Eddie??" He moved closer to me getting infront of me then my eyes met with his
"yeah im fine" I said
"Are you sure?" He asked "yeah and since when did you care?" I smiled
"shut up eds" He sat back down
I looked at him and nudged his shoulder "Its okay Richie.." I said softly. He looked at me and smiled then ruffled my hair once again and I laughed and then took his glasses and put them on and then he laughed at me "You look like a dork!" He said
"Well you wear these everyday" I said laughing some more. "Can I ask you something Richie." I said softly turning to him "Ofcourse whats up?" He looked at me "I kind of like this person.. but they might not like me back" I said looking down "Oh maybe she doesn't have interest in dorks" he laughed but I made a serious face. "Richie..." I took a deep breath in then out. "The person I like is very close to me" I said "Holy shit you like Beverly or Stan the Man or Bill!"  His jaw dropped "None of them." I said softly "Mike? Ben? Haha that clown??" He laughed some more
"Forget it Richie'' I looked away feeling like a fool
As I felt a touch on my hand "it's okay to have feelings for someone Eddie I mean especially that feeling in your pants" he bursted out laughing
"I have to go.." I said getting up walking over to my bike
"Wait!" He ran up behind me and turned me around
"What Richie?" I said while my eyes met his and then he got closer and closer then he kissed me.
