Aphmau's POV
I felt a bit worried when Aaron left, because I didn't know if he was going to come back. I have been a bit weary when he leaves. But I can't help but wonder why he ran off. And more importantly, why he came back?
Zane is looking very happy at breakfast this morning. I am getting this bad feeling from that smile, but it is the happiest he has looked since Starlight according to Kawaii~Chan. She looks pretty happy too, probably because Zane is happy.
Suddenly I hear a knock at the door. I look at them with a puzzled expression and then get up and get the door. I open it and outside, I see a very familiar face- but with warewolf ears!
IT WAS GARROTH!!!!! HE MADE IT FOR THE WEDDING!!!!
Aphmau- GARROTH!!
Garroth- Hey Aph, did you miss me?
Aphmau-I am just so happy that you are ok!
Garroth- Aph, come on, you have known me for a long time. Of course I am ok!
Aphmau- Just glad to see you old friend!
Garroth- Good to see you too Aph!
We hugged, and then I looked up at his ears as Zane and Kawaii~Chan came over. Garroth hugged them too.
Aphmau- You look a little fluffier than last time though.
Garroth reached up and felt his ears, then he looked a bit sadder.
Garroth- Yeah, still trying to get used to them. I have been sleeping less and hearing a lot more.
Zane- I think you look fine. They suit you!
KC- Yeah, they look so cute.
Garroth- You guys really think so?
KC- Yeah! They are kind of like mine! But so much cuter and fluffier!
Garroth looked a bit better. I poped out my ears and tail.
Aphmau- And Garroth, you aren't alone in this. I went through the same thing, just a bit less life threatening.
Garroth- Thanks Aph! And you guys too! It is so great to be back!
Zane- It is great to have you back Big bro!
Garroth- Good to see you too little bro!
Zane and Garroth hugged and then Kawaii~Chan joined in on the hug. I felt a large smile come across my face as I joined in on the group hug. I saw Aaron's car pull up into the driveway. He looked into the open door and saw us all hugging. I motioned for him to come over, so he got out of the car and came to join our group hug with a bag in his hand. I sank into a feeling of deep happiness as the door was closed and Garroth settled in.
