I woke up to my alarm blaring. BEEP BEEP BEEP. Ok we get it. I got up out of bed for about two seconds and heard the phone ring. I forgot about my leg but I didn't care. I had a strange feeling about this one. I answered the phone and a strong manly voice came through the phone and said," Is this Lyrica Allendale? If so, I hate to I'm form you that your mother has been in an accident." I froze. "WELL, IS SHE OK?!?!" The voice got soft and said," I'm sorry ma'am, I'm afraid that she has passed away. Good bye now.". Really?  GOOD BYE KNOW? I threw my phone and fell to the floor. I couldn't breathe. Me and my mother never really truly got along, but she was the only thing I had left. I heard the door open and Grayson yell," Lyrica?" I was crying so hard I couldn't answer. I heard stomps get louder and louder.

     Grayson's POV

I was walking along side my house, looking for my head phones I must have dropped, when I heard a scream, a crack, and a thumping all at once. I ran in side but all I heard was crying. I walked into her room and found her on the floor, sobbing. She was so upset. She then took a deep breath and said ," My mom was in a reck.... And she didn't make it." I automatically grabbed her by the arm and pulled her into a tight hug. Oh God.
