"YOU FILTHY BITCH!" he screams at me.

"P-p-please Lance quit it." I stutter.

"M-M-MAYBE YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO SPEAK!" he screams while mocking me.

"Lance, your hurting my arms."

"DO YOU THINK I CARE YOUR WORTHLESS!" he slaps me in the face and pulls my hair.

•End of Flashback.•

I wake up screaming and tears running down my face. No matter how hard I try he always comes back into my life. I needed someone to be with me so I called the first person on my mind.

Me: "Beau? Can you come over?"

Beau: "yeah! What's wrong?"

Me: "I had a bad dream."

Beau: "yeah I'll be over in 2 minutes."

Beau doesn't know about Lance. I never told anyone about him except for my mother. She wanted to help but no matter how hard we both tried, it didn't make a difference. Beau was serious when he said he'll be over in 2 minutes.

"How's my buttercup doing." he asks while plopping down onto my bed and under the covers.

"Horrible, that dream was terrible." I answer. He wraps his arms around me and cuddles me. His cuddles are amazing and makes me feel safe.

"Do you wanna talk about it?"

"Not really." Soon after we both fell asleep and before I knew it, I was waking up.

I woke up and saw Beau was no longer in my bed. I went down stairs and saw him in the lounge watching tv. He runs towards me and swings his hard.

"DON'T HURT ME!" I scream and start crying.

"I was just going to give you a high five?"

•Beaus P.O.V•

I ran up to Louise and was going to give her a high five.

"DON'T HURT ME!" She screams and starts crying.

"I was just going to give you a high five?" I answer very confused.

She ran up to her room and when I tried to come in and talk she told me to leave. I gave her her space and left. I needed to know why she thought I was going to hurt her. So I called her mother.

"Hello?" I heard her mother say through the phone.

"Hello, sorry to bother you but I just wanted to ask a question."

"Oh why hello Beau! what is it?"

"I went to give Louise a high five and she screamed 'Don't hurt me' and started crying. Do you know why she might have done that."

"Oh yes, her first and only boyfriend was very abusive. He beat her and screamed in her face. She's scarred for life Beau. I tried to help but nothing worked."

"Thank you." Thats all I could say because hearing what that douche did to her made me so angry. I was going to make her better. I was going to make her feel good again. like she has a purpose on this world.
