And we're back to make more theories that Emperor-Gaia-Jupiter is throwing around
This theory is dedicated to who ever the mystery person is which I have 2 people in mind so let's get to it
Henry (90%)
So I don't have to explain much do I? But just in case I have an evidence that it could be him. Well the way he talks , yup first details now how characters talks, well if you know what I mean . You see when your writing any kind of story a character always have a distinctive feel when your reading there dialogue well look at all of the mystery person's dialogue and the dialogues of Henry when he was talking through the phone ,kinda gives the same atmosphere huh.
The phone guy (10%) [FNAF LOVERS HERE YAH GO]
So I was thinking of him because he was holding a phone I mean every person in Ninjago probably has a phone but then again he is helping Henry so he would probably spy on Kai and Lloyd right also why would you think Emperor-Gaia-Jupiter would add 'the mystery person walked with the CELLPHONE away' and like I said Jupiter takes details to a whole new level meaning every details are important and the sentence that the mystery person says in the paragraph with the cellphone thing I mentioned the dialogue that the character says is kinda informing the person he was talking to right
