Fire! Fire! Explosions every where! The sirens went off! Mothers clutched on to their children and babies everywhere yelled at the top of their lungs. It was a mad world full of chaos. Whails pierced the sky telling a sad story. Men who thought that it was dignified for them to hang on to their tears we're actually filling buckets with painful tears.

Lives were lost and families separated. There was no hope for survival, death now seemed to be the best option, an easy but tough choice. Then everything went silent and darkness consumed the world.

Aisling fluttered her eyes open. Bright lights blinded her and she was unable to tell where she was. She tried moving but was frozen in place. Nothing was stopping her from moving but her body wasn't responding to the commands being issued.

Suddenly, she felt her body float. It was a wonderful feeling but scary at the same time. Aisling was now sure that she was dead. She wanted to cry. She had left her family and friends behind with no Aisling to brighten their dull world with constant chatter and laughter. She tried releasing a few drops of tears but a smile formed on her face.

She tried again, this time round harder but laughter poured out of her mouth. Why was she laughing instead of mourning for her own death? Then it hit her. She was happy she left behind her violence infested world. It was as if her house was finally free from bandit like vermins in the name of pests.

Finally she could rest in peace without worrying about bombs going off around her at any moment. She was in heaven. She thought of all the things she could do. She was free to fly and not worry about one rule in earth that kept her alive, survival for the fittest. She wasn't the fittest but at least she made the competition in the food chain easier for the rest because they didn't have to worry about her snatching their dinner.

"Take me away angel, take me with you. I'm finally ready to lie down and rest! "

Rest Aisling, rest. It's all over, you're safe with me, safe from harm.

Aisling heard the voice from a distant and did exactly as it said. This was an experience she wasn't going to forget any time soon...........
