Once everyone had finished there 5 miles, everyone looked so tired, i kinda felt bad for them, almost

''Ok everyone, we'll do some combat training then we can play a game, but if you dont all work hard, we wont play it, and if i do say so my self, its a fun game and works great with tracking'' i said to them all.

Everyone looked satisfid with that statment as they all nodded with eager expresions.

''Ok so everyone get inti pairs with people about your same strength and begin basic combat training moves. deffence and attacker.ill be walking around and helping you with things that you need help with''

Everyone nodded then went off to find themselves a partner.

''Wow never thought id see the day where the one and only Avalon Bower would let the training group play a game'' said Jace

''Why did we never get to play a game with our training?'' Jordan said with a pout

''Because you guys didnt need the push to make you guys train'' i said as i pointed a look at the three triplts worning them not to try it.

''and that doesnt mean where starting now either'' i said with a pointed looktowards the three.

''you dont let them play games? thats harsh''said Chance

Aston and demetri both nodded in agreement to our brother.

''so'' i said with a shrug ''why are you still standing here? you guys need to train as well'' i said towards my brothers.

they were about to protest but i gave them a warning glare that said 'dont mess with me' then they ran off to join the others in there pack with trainings.

so for the next hour or so i was walking around hekping people that looked like they were having trouble, when a girl caught my eye.

she was small and looked to be around my age. she looked like she was having trouble and the boy she was fighting was trying to hit her hard purposly, i decided to go and see what he was thinkinh.

''STOP'' i said loudly yousing a bit of alpha voice from my farther ''why does it look like your just trying to course this girl pain?'' i ask him when he turned around to look at me and bowed his head of a sign of respect.

''ma'm shes the pack omega, thats what shes here for'' he replied looking down.

at the sound of that i gasped shocked that they would treat someone like this, especially this pack, they seem so nice. by then everyone on the training field had stop to listen.

i noticed that some of there pack were nodding. how could they treat someone in there pack like a punching bag?

''no, i wont have that while im in the pack, or even when we leave. its not right. she is part of your pack, what would you do if you were the omega? would you like being the punching bag? how do you know what shes feeling? if i hear or see anyone starting fights of hurting there pack members i wont hold back. its not accetible and i wont stand for it'' i said to the whole of there pack, they all looked shocked but nodded in understanding.

''now everyone back to training. half an hour longer and we'll play the game'' i said and they all went off continue with the traing.

''not you two, are you alright..''

''bella'' she finshed for me.

''im ok'' she said ''well thats good. im avalon. dont let them walk all over you, your stronger than you think'' i replied with a smile in her direction.

she was about to reply when her eyes caught something behind me.

''mate'' she said with someone behind me.

i turned around and couldnt help keep the smile off my face.
