Hey guys my name Ivy Nason I'm 15 years old I live in Manhatten and I go to goode highschool. I have blonde hair and bright blue eyes and I like to sing and write poetry. I'm kinda the loser of the school and I get picked on a lot. I only have one friend in this school but I don't know why he hangs out with me because he's athletic, sarcastic, funny, and nice. You're probably wondering what his name is? Well, its none other than Percy Jackson, the swim team captain, and school hotty every girl in this school has a crush on him except me. And they all have asked him out but he always tells them no and says he has a girlfriend. Nobody believes him but me, the way he talks about her there is no way shes made up and I get to meet her today after school because she is picking him up. I'm actually on my way to find him so I can meet her And I can't wait to meet the infamous Annabeth. I headed to the front of school humming my favorite song.

I found him sitting on the steps in front so I walk over and sit next to him. "you have a great voice you know" Percy complimented me as I sat down. Just as I was about to respond the school slut Alyssa (sorry to everyone out there named Alyssa I mean no offense I just took the first name I thought of) Ross with her blonde hair ( cough dyed cough)( what who did that) and natural green eyes (cough contacts cough)( who keeps doing that) and tons of makeup walked (cough strutted cough )( its not me) up to us and started flirting with Percy for the millionth time.

"Hey baby want to come over to my house, my parents won't be home anything can happen" she said as she leaned on Percy

"How many times does he have to tell you he has a girlfriend" I told her but she just gave me a look of disgust.

"Why is the ugly singer wannabe talking to me"

"Don't talk about my friend like that" Percy said getting mad.

"Come on ditch this wannabe and come have some fun with me" she purred

"No, I have a girlfriend"

"Oh you don't have to play hard to get baby"

"I'm not"

" Well I'm the favorite daughter of Aphrodite Goddess of love and if you don't go out with me I will tell my mother to make sure that you have a terrible love life" Alyssa claimed

" Yeah okay whatever like we would believe that" I said in disbelief.

oh, yeah did I forget to mention that the Greek Gods revealed themselves after something called the mist disappeared. Yeah, that happened and now a lot of popular kids have been claiming that they are children of the Gods to get more attention.But Percy and I never believe them.

Right then a grey sports car pulled up in the school parking and everyone turned to see who would get out. When a California girl with honey blond hair with princess curls, stormy grey eyes that seemed like they were analyzing everything around her and a natural deep tan stepped out all boys started to stare and all the girls started to glare at her. she looked like she was looking for someone. I looked over at Percy to see if this was his girlfriend but he wasn't there anymore he was on his way over to her which I guess answers my question.

When he finally reached her he walked right up to her and kissed her and after a couple minutes later Alyssa got out of her state of surprise and decided she was going interrupt them.

"Excuse me what are you doing with my boyfriend" she screeched

"And who are you?"

" I am Alyssa Ross and I am the favorite daughter of Aphrodite Goddess of love.And as I was saying before you made a dramatic entrance and interrupted us, Percy if you don't go out with me I will tell my mother to make you have a terrible love life".

"Okay two things 1 you are no Daughter of Aphrodite especially not her favorite and 2 back off my boyfriend he's mine." Annabeth said looking like she was about to beat her.

As they were talking I made my way over humming ounce again and stood next Percy.

"How would you Know it's not like you're a demigod your just a dumb blonde.( again no offense to anyone its just this characters personality I even have a friend with blonde hair)

"Well then let me introduce myself. I am Annabeth Chase daughter of Athena Goddess of wisdom and war strategies (I'm too lazy to type all of her titles) and girlfriend to Percy Jackson

"Let me reintroduce myself I am Percy Jackson son of Poseidon God the sea and earthquakes( again too lazy to type all of his titles) and boyfriend to Annabeth Chase.

right then a lyre appeared above my head. Percy and Annabeth gasped, Annabeth looked at Percy "is the person you said you thought was a demigod" "yes she is". "Hey Ivy want to come to camp with us turns out you're a daughter of Apollo" Percy asked me. I was surprised because he always talks about this camp but I never could go because he said only certain people could go and now I realize why this camp must be camp half-blood. "I would love to, just let me call my mom real quick to let her know whats going on she'll be worried sick if I don't"

After I called my mom I jumped in the back of Annabeth's car with all the students still gaping at us and we drove to camp.

I've been for four years now and have made a lot of friends and have found someone I love, Liam a son of Demeter. And that is how I met Percy and Annabeth and how I found out I am a demigod.
