hey, my name is Rosalinda Goodrich but please call me Rose I have brown hair with hazel eyes I'm only 5" tall (I know I'm short) I only have one friend because I'm not really the outgoing type I'm more of a nerd. but her name is Hazel and she is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet anyone sweeter but doesn't get her mad because she can go from sweet to violent in a second if you insult her friends or family. How do I know you ask well let me explain.
flashback
it was a couple month after the gods revealed themselves and I was walking down the hall when Brittany the school slut and bully walked up to me
"hey loser you got my homework done," she asked me
"i-i got it done but I cant give it to you I'm tired of -"I started but she got mad and interrupted me
"excuse me you will keep doing my homework unless you want Brady to start visiting you instead of me" she threatened and in case your confused Brady is her boyfriend which is the captain of the football team and also a bully
"Hey what do you think you are doing," a girl said. she must be new because nobody ever talked to Brittany like that. the girl had frizzy cinnamon brown, golden eyes, and a kind face but right now she looked furious
"excuse me who do you think you are to talk to a daughter of Aphrodite like that " Brittany screeched after getting out of her shock as the new girl falls over laughing
"someone who knows better because you are no daughter of Aphrodite and someone who doesn't like bullying so we will be lieving now" she answered cooly
"oh and what are you going to do about it uh"
"I'm going to do this" she walked over to me and looped her arm around mine and started to steer me away from Brittany and her being too shocked to stop us. After we got out of earshot we started laughing, as we were cooling down and letting out little giggle she introduced her self.
"My name is Hazel whats yours," she asked
"I'm Rosalinda but you can call me rose" I answered
"so what was that about with "the daughter of Aphrodites" uh who does SHE think she is?" she asks me after a minute of silence
"that was Brittany the school slut slash bully she keeps threatening me to do her homework and I was refusing to give it to her and she pretty much said if I don't do it she would have her boyfriend beat me up and she's been claiming that since the gods revealed themselves"
"that's awful thank gods I stepped in when I did, I hate bullies," Hazel said
"I'm grateful for the help but now she will go after you with every chance she gets" I warned her
"I knew what I was getting my self into when I first spoke she doesn't scare me and never will" she answered with confidence
"Thank you. uh do you want to sit with me at lunch I mean I'm not very popular but if that scene just indicated anything id say you don't care about that stuff?" I asked her a little nervous at first
"I would love to and you're right I don't care about that stuff."
flashback over
and that brings us to now where Hazel and I are waiting outside for our rides when Tommy, Bradys twin brother and co-captain to the football team, walks up to Hazel and asks her for the millionth time
"Hey babe you, me my house at eight see you tonight" he winks and starts walking off but before he walks too far Hazel stops him with one simple word
"No" he turns around and tries to play it off
"oh so at your house I got it" and again she stops him in his tracks
"I said no as in I'm not interested so get it through your thick head I. have. a. boyfriend." she says the last part like she was talking to a kid. I started laughing beside her and he turns to me
"don't laugh at me you loser" he seethes
"I'm not a loser I'm a nerd and good at it and at least I'm not the one that cant take no for an answer" yes I've gotten more confident since I started hanging out with Hazel and am proud to be a nerd. as I finish talking he starts to raise his hand as he was about hit me but suddenly a hand from behind him stops him.
"that's no way to treat a lady," A tall boy that looks Chinese but Canadian at the same time with big muscles, black and soft brown eyes tells him
"And who are you exactly I've seen you around here,"Tommy tells him
I'm picking up my girlfriend which I wasn't too happy you hitting on her but I thought it was hilarious how she told you off" he said laughing at the end and at that moment I heard screech and I look over to make sure she's okay but she not beside me anymore shes the mystery guys arms.
"so is this the frank guy you won't shut up about?" I asked her making her blush as I laughed
"you talked about me aaahhhh I love you too," Frank said to her we all laughed and of course at that moment Brittany came up and started flirting with frank
"Hey there hotty want to come to my house and have some fun" she purred
"uh no thank if you haven't noticed I'm dating someone" he replied
"who Hazel please I'm so much better I'm the favorite daughter of Aphrodite" she claimed getting frustrated when we all start laughing so hard we are rolling on the ground
"There is no way you're a demigod most of them are really nice and I would have recognized you from one of the camps," they both say together
"wait camp are you telling you have been a demigod all this time and haven't told me,"I say feeling a bit hurt she didn't trust me enough to tell me this
"I couldn't the Gods said we couldn't till we were revealed or we slipped. guess you could say I slipped" she explained which made me feel a little better
"Okay so why don't you guys introduce your selves then I want to know your titles" I suggested
"well you know my name but I'm Hazel Levesque I'm a daughter of Pluto roman form of Hades I am one of the seven I can control the mist and I died 1942 but my brother found me in the fields of asphodel and brought me back and the girlfriend of Frank Zhang," she said all in one breath
"and I am Frank Zhang I'm a son of Mars roman form of Ares and descendent of Poseidon I am one of the seven and a shape shifter and boyfriend to Hazel Levesque," Frank said hugging Hazel. Hazel looked at Franks watch
"we should get going if we want to make it in time for capture the flag" she warned
"Alright, lets go"Frank say as they head to franks car that I just noticed was a very expensive sports car but before they go in Hazel turns towards
"keep in touch okay and let me know if anyone gives you any trouble okay? she says
"I will thank you. talk to later"I replied as she got in the car they drove
and that is how I found out my best friend Hazel Levesque and her boyfriend Frank Zhang were demigods
