Chapter Two

Grayson's Povo
I was sitting on my bed thinking about Beth, god she has an amazing smell to her. It wasn't her perfume or her shampoo, it was her blood. My eyes were close to turning red, but luckily they didn't. I don't want her to know what I am yet, or her knowing what any of us are, I don't want to scare her. She's too kind, and caring and delic- AHHH stop it Grayson, you're not like that.

I need to get Beth off my mind. I walk down stairs and see Aaron and Cameron sitting on the couch, they are yelling and screaming at the t.v playing video games. It's hilarious to watch.

'What are you guys playing?' I say while jumping on to the couch
'COD, wanna join?' Aaron says while he hands me a controller
'Nah, I'm good' I nod my head

The game was paused and Cameron was sitting in front of me, so was Aaron too, the fuck?

'What are you guys doing?' I say confused
'The question is, what are you doing?' Aaron says while crossing his arms
'I'm not doing anything, I just wanted to come down here and see what you guys we-' I was cut off
'Bullshit! Something's up, what is it? Is it your mom?' Aaron asks
'No' I say
'Your dad?' Cameron asks
'No' I say again
'Your sister?' Aaron asks
'No!' I say again
'Ethan?' Cameron asks
'NO!' I yell
'Then who?! We can't read your mind, you might be able to read ours but we can't read yours!' Cameron yells

I can't tell them yet, just the same as Beth, I can't let her know yet. I need more time

'Is it Beth?' Aaron asks

I didn't say anything

'It is, isn't it? Aaron asks again

I can't let them know

'Grayson, come one buddy. Answer the question, is it about Beth or not?' Cameron says while putting his hand on my arm

I looked down at his arm and notice that his palms were sweaty, to much gaming, or his scared to know the truth on what's happening.

'Yeah it is' I slip it out, they need to know
'You know you can tell us about girl stuff, okay? No need to be sca- wait what! It's about Bet-' Aaron screams

Cameron covers Aaron's mouth as he notices Beth coming down stairs, I look at the stairs and see Beth in sweatpants and a mini black long sleeved crop top, white Nikes on and a messy bun.

'Where are you going?' I question her
'I'm just going to shops, any of you's wanna come?' Beth asks
'Sure, I'll come' Cameron says
'I'll come too!' Aaron says
'Well, if their going then I'm coming. No use of you three going and me staying at home by myself' I say while walking up stairs
'Well, hurry up old man' Beth says

I turn to see her with her hands on her hips with a smile on her face, Aaron and Cameron laughing at Beth's joke, I smile a little bit but not to much.

'I'll go start the car for you gray' Cameron said while grabbing the keys
'Thanks cam' I say as I walk into my room

I shut my door and hear the front door open and shut, I grab a pare of black sweatpants and a long black sleeved top, I grab a pair of my white Nikes. I know it was the same outfit that Beth was wearing but I'm going to wear it anyway.

'She'll never choose me, I'm a vampire, it'll never work between me and her' I sigh
'What do you mean it'll never work between 'me and her'?' I hear a voice say

I look to the door and see Beth standing there, my eyes opened wide, my mouth dropped. I didn't know what to say, I was shocked, I don't know if she heard me say that I'm a vampire.
