Taehyung's POV:

When I told her that I loved her, she was in shock. It seemed like she wanted to say something but was short of words. I saw guilt in her eyes.

I clearly knew her answer without saying anything.
She doesn't feel the same way.
I knew she liked someone else.

I smiled warmly at her and patted her head and said

" We both were friends but we fell in a different kind of love, you love me as a friend, but I love you more than that. "

I was smiling at her from the outside but from the inside, I was crushed.

My heart was screaming for her to save me from my loneliness, from my past,

and

from myself.
