It takes proof to expose someone Maximus and we don't have that", I laughed through tears.
"We will find it, don't worry okay?" He said pulling me away from him so he could see my face.
"Okay", I agreed, he was the only one who had and who would ever see me crying except for my family of course.
He planted a kiss on top of my forehead, he rarely did it but only when I needed comfort at its deepest.
"Let's clean up this mess, we will find a way to expose them, right now though we're telling coach", Max said pulling me away.
We packed the ripped clothes away into my suitcase and he picked up the bits and pieces and placed them in a small plastic bag.
"This sucks but I've to go get ready, breakfast is soon and practice after that, take a shower and I will come get you in twenty so we can walk to breakfast together, I will bring you something to wear from my clothes", Max said before kissing my forehead again and exiting my room.
The only clothes that weren't ripped were the dirty ones, and a few shirts from my dirty pile but that was about it. I had to hustle for a dry cleaner because if anything I doubt my waist would be big enough to fit Max's although he did wear skinny jeans that were so tight, on second though maybe I would be able to fit.
I scrambled to my feet and pushed myself towards the shower, today was already a shitty day if anything.
I scrubbed myself and made it just in time to open the door for Max.
"Here, these must fit", he said handing me a pair of his jeans and a Nirvana shirt, I liked Nirvana so that made me all the merrier to wear his clothes.
Wait a minute, did I just jinx myself? I did plan on stealing his clothes before we even came on this camp, was this jinx now being carried out? I liked this happening as much as I disliked it.
"Leave it to you to daydream when we're running late", Max said pulling me out of my thoughts.
"Sorry", I muttered as I hopped into the bathroom, Maximus was never one to leave the room when I wanted to change, yep he was definitely a pervert.
"Not bad", Max smiled when I walked out, rocking his clothes, I didn't look that bad. I just had to put a belt on the pants otherwise they'd be a bit saggy and that was the new trend right, except not when you were coaching.
"Yep now let's go", I said pulling him out, the last thing I wanted was him complaining to me for making him late for the first meal of the day.
"Alright".
Everyone seemed to be in the dining already as the passageway was empty.
"Looking good cutie", one of the twins smirked.
One of them was the reason why I was wearing these clothes to begin with and I was okay with that so I ignored him and proceeded to the table with the few cheerleaders and guys from last night. Max was too occupied to notice which I was grateful for.
"Morning guys", I smiled politely when I reached the table.
"Hey Lin nice style".
"Thanks", I smiled back, I don't think sharing the problem would make it better plus I didn't want to be pitied, hopefully Max wouldn't share a word of it to anyone else. I would have to talk to him later.
Breakfast went well with me getting to know these new people. They were actually really nice and funny. I laughed throughout the breakfast and excused myself when it was time for an hour's break before practice began.
