I just wanted to say that this book was inspired by The Lovely Bones and the case of Kenneka Jenkins.
The story behind The Lovely Bones was true by the way. That was one of the most saddest movies I've ever watched, I cried everytime.
With Kenneka.. It was no way in hell that girl opened that freezer by herself, no way in hell and the police are lazy as fuck and didn't want to do their jobs.
That's exactly what they do now, all they saw was a drunk black girl that had a little too much to drink and instantly ruled it as an accident.
I dont believe that shit one bit, and yes I believe her friends weren't being responsible and they should've watched her since she was invited to that damn party and got her drunk.
You think the police give a fuck? Nope, not at all.
I made the police in this book lazy as fuck because that's exactly how they are in real life😐.
Anyways, I hope y'all enjoyed and didn't cry when reading as much as I cried when I was writing.
