"I have to do what?!"

I exploded. Rosalie, my precious little dog, jumped up and my explosion and ran out of my room in fright. I ran a hand through my hair which was currently in a giant mess. Since yesterday, I've pigged out at Alexis's house and fumed and talked complete utter trash about Jacob. I was beyond pissed, I had skipped the sad pathetic dumped ex-girlfriend stage, and I was already at the revengeful ex-girlfriend stage. Charlie was more than terrified, because after I had told Alexis what I was going to do, he immediately went upstairs, and I think I scarred him. Lauren had called me a while back and told me news I was not happy to hear, to tell you that much. Lauren tried reasoning again,

"Nikki, listen."

I cut her off,

"No Lauren, you listen. You work for me. Call off the fucking deal, I am not doing it. If I'm seen anywhere in public with Jacob Mason it will purely be coincidence not by choice. And I don't even think that will be happening because if I see him I will attack him myself."

I heard Lauren sigh again and say,

"Nikki just sleep on it. You're still angry yes but think about what this could do to your career. You were already sent home last practice which needless to say almost jeopardized your spot."

I rolled my eyes and sat criss-cross on my bed against the black and white headboard. I nearly shouted,

"Call of the deal or you are fired. I could care less about how you do it, just do it. Understand?"

"I'll call you later Nikki."

She ended the call and I threw my phone against my patterned black and white walls, most likely breaking it. I was mad so it didn't matter. I picked up my laptop and pulled up the search engine. I typed in Rebecca Minkoff in the search bar and immediately her official site came up and I did major online shopping. I bought about five handbags and two satchels. These bags were not cheap, more like expensively expensive. The cheapest bag I bought was just over two hundred dollars. Next off, to Forever 21 where I bought nearly next to fifteen bathing suits and twenty pairs of shorts in different colors and different varieties of shirts. Basically shopping for no reason, the clothes were just comfort.  I got up off my bed and walked over to the wall where I had thrown my phone. I picked it up gingerly and examined it. Luckily there wasn't any damage done. What I did was pretty reckless though.

Emily had called me and she knew everything that had went down between Jacob and I. She didn't know the full story but she could tell pretty much what had happened, it's a girl instinct kind of thing. She asked if I was coming to next practice and begged and pleaded that I come because aparently Jessie decided to do something big. No one knew exactly what but if had anything to do with Jacob I was walking out of there. Emily aslo understood my reasoning for calling the douche bag Jacob instead of his former name, the name he only allowed those close to him to call him. I didn't want to be close to him at all. So strictly in my thoughts only did I call him Jacob never once thinking the other name.

I sighed heavily and changed into track clothes and grabbed tight fitting sunglasses and put my brown hair into one ponytail. I searched around under my bed for the dog leash. I caugh site of the red leash and smiled truimphantly. I needed to go for a run and I didn't know when was the last time the maids took Rose out for a run. I called out,

"Rosalie! Come here girl!"

A small bundle of sandpaper came running towards me as I called out her name. I smiled and she wagged her tail. I asked her, though I would take her anyway,

"Want to go out for a walk?"

I took the tail wagging and bark as a yes as I clipped the leash onto her white collar. Before I walked out of my freshly destroyed apartment. Did I forget to mention that? When I arrived home I had thrown so many things around and right now, half the kitchen cabinets were open and the chair in the living room area was tipped over. I went on a bit of a rampage, I'm surprsied no one called the police because boy did I scream a lot and making loud bangs didn't exactly sound like I was making pancakes.

I searched the kitchen for my ipod and clicked on the playlist of boyfriend songs. Mostly containing Taylor Swift and such, so basically a breakup playlist. It sounded slightly pathetic but Alexis and I had made this playlist when we both went through rough breakups during our college years and some of these songs held major importance as we used to scream our hearts to these songs some nights. If we had screamed as much as we sang, it would've sounded like we were screaming bloody murder or something.

I walked out my building a good ten mintues later seeing as my dog was very reluctant.

"Nikki where you headed?"

"Nikki how's Jacob?"

"Nikki this way!"

"Nikki how are those practices looking?"

"We heard you threw a tantrum yesterday! Is that true?"

"Are you dropping out of the show, Nikki?"

"Are you jealous Jacob has to work with Sasha Pieterse?"

I cringed at that one because they had no idea how close they struck to the truth with that question. Like most days I ignored them and pushed my headphones into my ear and started to light jog. Rose caught up with the pace easily and soon we began full out sprinting. I flew by strangers and cars while my legs screamed at me to stop but I wasn't going to anytime soon. Just a few more blocks down and I would make it to the local starbucks. I slowed my pace down a bit and started walking down the street that lead to the Starbucks.Rosalie seemed content with the slower pace as she took her time to examine everything and anything.

I squated down and picked up my dog right before the door entrance before getting up and slamming into somebody's chest. The stranger caught me with strong arms, I said,

"Thanks."

I let Rosalie down. I was slightly uncomfortable as the stranger was still holding my waist. I looked up annoyed and gasped as I stared into familiar brown eyes. I said angrily,

"You."
