I looked deeper into its blood red orbs, I saw something I've never seen in them before.
Sadness. Rejection.
Loneliness.
"Why?" It asked me with its dark, empty voice.
"I know how it feels. How it feels to be called a monster when you've done nothing. How it feels when they reject you for something you couldn't control. I know that feeling much too well."
"Why love me?"
"Because. Two lonely beings apart, are nothing. but together, we'll make the loneliness disappear."
She smiled slightly in the darkness.
