Chapter 1
My name is Shelly, don't ask why ok? I was born as a mermaid. Yes a mermaid! But for some reason I didn't have a mother, and I didn't know why. Until one day..
£Flashback£
"Shelly? We need to have a talk" Neptune said
"Ok" I said
My father (Neptune) took me into his room where he slept.
"Now, this is a talk about your mother"
"But da-"
"SILENCE CHILD!" My father yelled and I shut my mouth.
"Now I never told you about your mother didn't I?"
"No you didn't father"
"Well when your mother was giving birth to you she had a very hard time"
"And?" I asked "when you got out" my father paused and stated to tear up. "Dad please tell me what happened" I begged. "Your mother..died"
Hearing these words come out of my father shot me in the gut. I swam to my room and started crying. But there was thing I wanted to do. Run away. So I did.
I got my seaweed diary and my shell necklace and swam to New York to continue my life.
