I blew up an air mattress for Shawn and some blanket and a pillow.

"Thanks again. It's kinda awkward you know? You old best friends brother sleeping over."

"This whole day has been a blur so why does it matter." Shawn shrugged. I got under my covers and drifted to sleep.

Going to school that day was really hard I almost didn't want to go. When I woke up, Shawn was gone and I sighed.

I went into my closet and picked out my outfit for school.

Walking into school, I felt like a nobody. Reese was like my only friend and James was my only boyfriend. I had other friends, sure but they weren't as good as Reese.

I walked to my locker which in my luck is next to Reese's.

"Listen, I'm so sorry for what I did. Completely. I don't know what I was thinking." She looked at me and I shook my head.

"And by the way, hands off my brother. I know you've liked him for some time but he doesn't like you since he's older and wiser than you." I rolled my eyes and Reese looked straight at me.

"Unlike you, I don't make out with people I'm not dating!" I shouted a bit too loud and her mouth dropped along with the people around us.

I slammed my locker and walked to my next class.

"Bethany!" I heard a voice from behind me. I turned around.

James.

"What the fuck do you want." He looked at me and tried to hold my hand.

"I'm so sorry, baby. It was Reese! I swear." He told me. His hair was messy and he was wearing my favorite shirt of his. Probably so he could win me back but no.

"If you were loyal then you wouldn't have even went in her room," I met walking and he followed.

"Look I'm sorry. Just give me another chance," he said and now I was angry.

"Just..Just get lost!" I yelled again and the halls got silent.

"Don't talk to me like that, Bethany!" James yelled back and caught everyone's attention.

"It's not like we're dating anymore." His eyes widened and gave me the death stare.

"We aren't? I thought you would forgive me. I made a mistake," I swallowed, comprehending what he just said and shook my head.

"Why would you think I would forgive you for what you did?" I tensed up and he looked at me  with despair written all over him.

"I said I was sorry! What else do you want from me?!"

"I just want you to leave me alone! I don't want any of you ever!" I yelled and then walked away. His eyes filled with tears but he pretended he didn't care.

At lunch, I normally sit with Reese and James. Today, James was sitting with the jocks and Reese with the sluts. Where she belonged.

I looked around and decided to get my food and sit alone at the table in the corner where no one was.

I got a salad and then sat down. I looked down and some people stared because I'm normally decently popular.

I saw a guy from the distance but it wasn't as clear as to who it was. Then he came closer. It was Shawn.

"Hey. Are you ok?" Shawn asked and I nodded, taking my fork and eating some salad.

Then it came to me. If I wanted to get back at Reese I needed to get revenge.
