Help with depression

"Come on cupcake you have to eat some food" my best friend, Nick, says to me. "But I don't want to eat any food" I say. "It's not good to starve yourself and if you don't eat more food soon i will tell you're boyfriend that you're not eating well" my other best friend, Judy, says. "Don't tell him, he doesn't need to know" I say. "Well he's going to find out about something eventually" Nick says and he motions to me not eating and the scars on my sweater sleeves covering the scars on my wrists. "Well he still doesn't need to know" I say. "Who doesn't need to know what?" I hear someone say behind me and I jump a little. "H-hi senpai, we were just saying my little brother doesn't need to know where I'm at now" I say and it's a lie and I fake a smile. "Cupcake...." Nick says and I glare at him a little. "Isn't it too hot to wear a sweater today? It's summer and it's like 90 degrees today" senpai says. "Well honestly I'm just cold instead of hot today" I say. "Just take the sweater off before you become unconscious please sweetie" senpai says and I don't take my sweater off. "Ok now we have to do plan B" Nick says and I'm confused. Then Nick holds my arms for I won't escape and senpai unzips my sweater and with Nick's help he makes me take my sweater off and he notices the scars on my wrists and I start to cry. I run away and senpai runs after me. After a few minutes of running I trip on a rock I don't notice and Senpai catches me and he carries me to a river and makes me sit on a big rock next to the river. "Tell me why you started cutting again after you promised me you would stop and tell me why you won't eat food" Senpai says and I look down as I start to confess on what's happening. (This is a fake story, I don't starve myself a lot and I did promise my boyfriend I would stop hurting myself so only the promise is real and senpai being my boyfriend is real) I start to say that I've been bullied for weeks and they told me they would make me regret telling anyone if I told someone and then I said the bullies have made be a lot of bad thoughts and they forced to me to cut myself. After I say the stories of me being bullied Senpai hugs me and calls the police to let them know about the bullies and found out that the bullies are already in jail for life because they were caught stealing and bullying a kid really badly. I smile a little and Senpai hugs me again. He tells me everything is ok and if this happens again I should tell him or someone else like a adult or friend. I say ok and I still smile. Then we kissed for a few seconds and we went back to my best friends. Senpai has actually helped me be ok again. He has made me eat more food so I can normally eat food again and he has made me stop hurting myself again. I'm happy I'm with Senpai and I'm happy I stopped being depressed.
