You were sitting on the couch, reading a book. You frowned, causing a crease to appear. "Hey, (Y/n)!" You looked up to see your adoring boyfriend, Edd. You smiled and jumped up, giving him a hug.
"Hey, Eddie!" He grinned and followed as you sat on the couch again. "Wanna watch a movie?" he asked. You nodded and went to put on (F/M). Through out the movie, you got bored and lied your head on Edd's lap. He simply petted your head and ignored you. You frowned a little, wanting attention.
You looked away. You and Edd haven't been spending much time together. Often times, you just sat alone and pondered. You sighed and sat up. "I'll be back." You said, stiffly. He looked up at you and raised his eyebrows. You noticed this and turned. "What's wrong, Edd?"
Edd quickly reached for your hand and tugged you to him. "Why did you move? You don't wanna spend time with me?" His eyes were filled with tears and hurt was evident in his sweet voice.
"Of course I do, babe.. It's just.. you seem distant now." Your own eyes pooled with tears. Your heart beat faster and your breathing was speeding up. You knew sooner or later you would let it all out.
And cry.
You blinked as a tear rolled down your cheek and you buried your face in his hoodie. He held you tightly and brought your face towards his. He brushed your tears away. "I love you, (Y/N). I love you so much. I... I wanna make you mine." he smiled, blushing.
"Nothing else matters but us together in this moment..." He gently lied you aside and knelt down in front of you. You stood up and your eyes filled with even more tears as you realized he was gonna propose.
He pulled out the box from his hoodie. "(Y/N) (L/N), will you marry me and make me the happiest man alive~?" He purred with a smile. You sobbed tears of joy and nodded vigorously. "Yes! YES!" You shouted and knelt down to kiss him..
