chapter 2~

"Annie, love, are you ready?"
My mum shouts up the stairs.
"Yeah, I'm coming now!"
I reply, it's too early to do anything.
I get in the car and my mum drops me outside the gates.
"So, where am I going?"
"School."
She smirks and I roll my eyes.
"Don't be sarcastic, I mean when I get in school!"
"Just go to the main office and ask for your to timetable"
"Okay"
This couldn't be so hard could it?

I just collected my timetable from the office and my form room is in f12. It took me about 10 minutes to actually find the room and when I finally got their it had ended.
"Oi Annie!"
I turn around to see Sergio, I smile and walk over to him.
"I'm just going out for a cig, you want one? Oh wait I forgot you're not old enough!"
He smirks and I just laugh and roll my eyes,
"I didn't know you liked oasis?"
Noticing his tshirt in his black jacket, he nods and I'm glad, they're so popular back in Manchester and I'm happy to have someone to share my love for them with. The bell rings and he throws the cig on the floor and stamps on it.
"What lesson are you in next?"
I ponder. He looks at his timetable and says
"Music"
"Me too!"
He smiles.

We were walking to lesson together when one of the popular girls pulls me over and says in my ear,
"Why are you hanging out with him?"
I give her a confused look and pull my arm away,
"Because he's my mate"
"I think you should stay away from him, he's after me not you, so you should back off."
"I don't need to worry about that, besides I'm not a desperate rat like you, bye"
I say whilst walking away and giving her the fingers.
"What was that about Serge asks"
"Nothing, don't worry"
He looks unsure but I shake my head telling him to forget about it.
