“Hey Justin.”
You put your bike away and walk to the steps that lead to the school building.
“O hey Ally. How are you?”
“I’m fine and you?”
“I’m good. Thank you for saying to Kim I would be a good friend.”
“What do you mean?”
“Yesterday Kim saw me in the park and said that you talked about me.”
“oh yeah that’s true.”
“She’s a nice girl. Come let’s get inside.”
“Sounds good.”
Slowly you walk with Justin to the hallway.
Kim is such a mean girl.
Justin's voice brings you back to earth.
“You knew Kim would be in my class?”
“No idea she is.”
Someone cut you in the middle of your sentence.
“Hey Justin.”
“Kim good to see you.”
“I got some people I would like to introduce you to.”
“Really that’s good.”
Justin smiles.
“I’m going to my locker I will see you later I guess.”
“You will.”
You walk away and go to a quit place next to the school.
You hear the bell far away, but you stay where you are.
You are trying to believe what just happened.
Justin looked at her different that he looks at you.
You understand why he chose her.
Who wants to hang out with this stupid, ugly fat girl, nobody.
You see a little girl with a man what is her dad.
They are playing with the ball.
It reminds you of you and your dad.
Every day you two played football.
A tear streams down your face.
“Hello Ally. What makes you come late?”
“My alarm didn’t work.”
“Well anyways happy you’re here we are reading our book where is yours?”
“I have it here.”
You take a book out of your bag.
It’s not a real book.
It’s a school book, but you write your stories behind it so the teacher can’t see it.
You are happy nobody in class is looking at you.
After you wrote 3 pages full the teacher speaks up.
"The lesson is almost over. I am happy the way this less was going."
You put your books and the rest back in your bag.
The bell rings.
“Have a good day class.”
You take your bag and go to your locker.
