Chapter two

Knock knock knock

"Come in" a voice from inside the office called.

I stepped into the office. The office was very "man-like" if you can say so. There were two long couches on either sides of the room. The room was made up of black and gray colors.

It looks quite dull if you ask me.

Right across from where i was standing, there was a man sitting opposite of the desk. OMG could it be.

"John Anderson!" I exclaimed.

" Omg, Stella is that you " he said supraised while standing up from his chair.

John Anderson was my best friend during pimary and high school. We parted ways when we left high school. We promised each other that we would stay in contact, but we lost contact two years later.

"Oh my word, i can belive after all these years, you still look the same." I said while hugging him.

" You too. Please sit down" he said while pointing at a chair opposite him, motioning for me to sit down. " I never even realised that it was you that applied for this job."

"Thanx. Well this is supposed to be my interview and it turned out to be a best friend reunion"

"Yip. So what have you been up to these pass few years?"

" Well lets see. I went to go and study buisiness economics at university. After that i went to go and work for a few companies, and now I'm here. Well I cant really ask you the same because I can already see how succesful you have become."

" Yes, in actuall fact i have been sucessful over the pass few years, and not just in the buisiness world but also in my personal life"

" Really, and why would you say that?"

" Because I've been married now for almost a year now."

" Oh may word, congratulations!" I exclaimed while hugging him.

" Thanks. I was really hoping that you would be there, but i could not get a hold of you. I even tried searching you over all social media platforms that i could think of, and yit i still could not find you."

" I'm sorry. Its just that i like to keep my personal life privarate, and not expose it out to the world."

" Well there is no need to apologize."

" Then i think we should get started with the interview, because i do not want to keep the rest of the others waiting."

" Ofcourse, but before we get started, I just want to say that iam also a buisiness man and i do not base my decision on favorism or because i choose that person because i know who that person is. Okay. I hope you understand that."

" Don't worry, i understand completly."

" Thank you. And also dont worry, ill try and put in a good word for you too."

" Alright, so lets get started then."
