I got up from bed,thinking to myself "should I go". I didn't really know, but I had to go. I requested my favorite song to play at the end of the dance.Firework By Katy Perry, that's my jam right there. I got up to the mirror I own on the other side of my room, and started to lift up my shirt to change. " Hey sister" " AHHH" I screamed super loud that I made my little brother cover his ears." Lucy, why would you do that". " Riley, get out of my room before I call the cops". He quickly ran off, 5 year old kids are so annoying. I put on my minecraft shirt with my purple pants. I took a bite of the toast my mom left me and left. I usually get to school by bike, and today was cold,cold, and cold. By the time I got to school, I was a little blue in the face." Hello class, today is the day of the big valentine dance" lovingly said my homeroom teacher, Mrs. St Johns. Too bad I don't have a date,or a plan, or money. " So Lucy, you going to the dance" Whispered Aiden beside me. Warm feeling flushed over my body as he spoke to me. " Yes I am". " Good, do you have a date, mine is Brianna". The warm feeling rushed over with disappointment and anger. "You,are,going,with,Brianna," I said sorta gritting though my teeth. " Yeah, why are you upset" asked my former love life." Because I"  " Lucy,Aiden pay attention to the discussion" yelled Mrs. St Johns. " Yes mam" we both said at the same time. Why would he go with Brianna, I hang out with him. All Brianna is a glamour diva with a British accent. Either way, she got to him first, so I guess I'm going alone today and tomorrow. " Now if anyone needs to change, go now" Said Mrs.St Johns. For some reason, I felt like that was directed to me. But I guess my minecraft shirt is dirty and 1 size to small. But whatever, I was glad I didn't show my belly of jelly. When Aiden came out of the bathroom, he looked incredible. He had his best shirt on, the one with the wolf staring at a frog. So dreamy.  " Ugh, what is that horrible thing on your chest" shrieked Brianna. " No,no,no you need this" she handed Aiden a super fancy tux that looked like it had cost $300! " Oh, that's a okay, my shirt is " " Ugly, pure filth" interrupted Brianna. " Now put it on before I leave you" as she said that, Brianna and her possie left for the bathroom. " Why are you going with her" I asked Aiden. " Bevause , her dad is my mom's boss. If I didn't go with her, she would fire my mom". Aiden walked in the hallway next to a Brianna is dress 2 sizes too poofy. I had a plan too save Aiden, but first I needed a date.
