Chapter sixteen

Semi was now gaining some memories nothing major though. Just things like her family who were away. She remembered how her and Jungkook were amazingly close together. But she knew him only as a best friend she still hadn't remembered his confession from the past.

Jungkook however could never forget his confession no matter how hard he tried to. He was still embarrassed by the fact that it didn't go the way he wanted. He wanted to confess to her in a romantic way. But instead he had confessed out of fear of her leaving him. Which brings them to this very moment.

Jungkook and Semi were going out to dinner it was a Friday night. They go out to Masters pizza. While they were out Jungkook had planned something. Something special for Semi. Meanwhile he never had told her it was a complete surprise. Once they get there they order their food. Jungkook orders them a large cheese pizza to share. Semi along with the pizza ordered a house salad with Italian dressing.

"So Jungkook how was work today?" Semi had asked him to start a conversation. "It was alright boring but it was fine nothing special" she looked at him and then asked out of no where "what was my job before I lost my memory Jungkook?" He looked to her and was contemplating wether or not he should tell her.

"You did. It wasn't the best job in my opinion though" she looked at him giving him a questioning look. "Why wasn't it a good job?" She was so confused at this point. "W-well you were a... a stripper" he then said in a low tone since they were out in public. Semi's face turned bright red. "O-oh" she was so embarrassed about this.

"If you want a job you can be my personal secretary at my office?" He gave her this offer so that she could do something other than just being stuck in the mansion all day long. "R-really?!" She was so happy to finally have something to do during the day. Now she wasn't stuck at home all of the time.

The pizza had finally came and Jungkook being as hungry as he was took a piece of pizza eating it. Semi then took a piece as she bit into the pizza she screamed due to the fact that she had just burned the roof of her mouth with the flaming hot cheese that was on the pizza. Semi chugged down her water to make the pain go away or to at least numb the pain a bit.

Meanwhile Jungkook sat there laughing like a fool at his friends stupidity. Normally she would wait about a half hour to eat due to the fact that she doesn't like to eat hot food. Normally after she warms something up she puts it in the fridge so that it won't be as hot. "Stop laughing Jungkook I'm sensitive to hot foods and you know that!"

The female was very annoyed with the male she was with. Since they have been living together for a month now he knows how she hates to eat hot food. She prefers things to be more room temperature which Jungkook thinks is insane. The girl after she makes soup puts it into the fridge so that it will cool down.

"I'm sorry Semi it's just you have to wait. The only reason I ate it perfectly fine is because I'm not a complete nut case like you" he said jokingly. "Well my brother is Jackson so I guess being a nut case runs in the family" she said laughing.

Jungkook loved seeing her this happy. It made him happy. Seeing her smile meant the world to him. It was like looking into a ray of sunlight. Her smile would light up the room. It was so much better than the pain. The pain she had in her past.

The pain that would one day come back.
