Ghost! Child Ace x Reader

Meeting

(Y/n) was playing by herself by the edge of the woods where she mostly hid until a boy was pushed back and landed next to her with several injuries. He had freckles and raven black hair with a red tank top and black shorts while he had a stick in his hand. (Y/n) tilts her head until he tries to stand up and looks at (Y/n) with a blush and anger showing on his face when he sees the boy, he wanted to protect the girl that was in front of her but passed out by the lack of energy. (Y/n) grabbed the stick and swung at the kids but the kids then instantly ran since what Ace would have seen would have been a girl with (h/c) colored haired swinging a branch. But in the eyes of others, they saw a swinging stick.

Ace pov

My body hurts so much. Where am I? I looked around and saw I was in a different spot than the same spot that I was hurt but except it was somehow different because I was bandaged up and cleaned. I was cleaned from my scratches and looked by my side and I saw a sleeping girl right next to. I blushed since I'm never that girl talking to a kid like me since they stay with there girly attitudes. She opens her eyes and I was meant with the most beautiful pair of (e/c) colored eyes I got lost in them. I blushed even more "Do you have a fever you're very red?" her voice was very soothing and calm that showed only kindness and warmth before she also stood up in a sitting position.

(Y/n) pov

I tilted my head and sat down in a sitting position looking at the boy that looked away and with a red face he looked away. I just laugh at his reaction before I pull a cup of hot chocolate and gave him a cup, "its a bit chilly today so drink this to warm up". The kid looks through the leaves and sees that is raining but pouring outside. He sighs before rubbing his hands together and I just smile and put a blanket around him while I stare at the town through the soaking leaves that seem so wet that some even drop water inside the house that I call home. Without notice, he gets closer to me and puts the blanket around us. I smile and think how this would be an awesome life that I can finally have a friend.

Through the wet rain I heard him say "the names is Ace"I just smile and reply "my name is (Y/n) and its nice on meeting you Ace" I felt him shaken up but then calms down. "You dont know about the rumors, right?" I just tilt my head and look at him "what rumors are you talking about?" he then shakes his head and says "forget it". I liked the silence that was going through us until I darted my eyes and pushed his head down and he was about to complain but I put a hand to his mouth to cover the words that were about to come out. He looks to the back and sees a bullet in the background and before he could say anything we both hear "COME OUT GOLD ROGER SON TIME TO DIE"I was so confused but I see the kid with tears in his eyes and he then clings to me but then pushes himself off of me. I really dont know what was happening but I then leave him behind and jump out of the hiding spot and kick there asses. By grabbing a stick and swinging it to there heads and body. Somehow when I did this they scream and run and somehow they screamed but what I didnt expect was for them to scream "GHOST!!". I expected them to growl and try to touch me and hurt me and disturb me but they just ran. I went back to my tree house where I was complained by a lecturing Ace that said was dangerous to ever do it again but I then said "It's okay your safe now" and that made him turn very red.
