Jesus, our savior taught us to love. He has known that love is the only thing that can help us be happy. There's no happiness without love. He even recommend us to love our enemies.
So often we go in life feeling disappointed, regretful and so many negative feelings. We forgot the love that God has for us. And it results in hating everything and everyone. Starting today, start by loving yourself because you are the child of the almighty God. Then spread that love everywhere!
