Chapter 10

Y/N's PoV-

I'm getting better with my aim. I haven't left the room in fear that someone would come in to get a weapon. Aiming my sniper, I shot.

"Bulls-eye."I said.

There was no monitor in the room, so I had no idea what time it was. Maybe it was day, maybe it was night. I wonder if I'll ever get out of here? Wait....I have an idea. I heard a knock at the door. Specifically the one I told Amami to use. I swung open the door.

"Amami great timing I-"

He put his hand over my mouth and walked inside. He shut the door and looked it behind him. Amami removed his hand, and sighed.

"Amami? What's wrong?"

"I missed you...."He mumbled.

Something's off.

"O-Oh. I see."

He grabbed my hands, causing me to drop my sniper.

"H-Huh?"

His eyes darted around the room. My arms were pinned to the wall with one hand, the other on my waist. I saw him put a paper in the waistband of my skirt. I blushed a dark red. He looked nervous.

"I'm going to be staying here for a while alright?"He said.

I noticed a small bag by the door.

"O-Okay...C-Can you let go?"I whispered.

My heart was beating really fast. What's this that I'm feeling? I've never felt anything like it....He let go of me and I reached to where he had put the paper. Unfolding it, I began to read.

"Monokuma's watching me. I know more about this game than everyone else. He's watching you too. Don't get hurt"

My eyes widened. What's going on? How much does he actually know? I spoke up.

"I-I have something I want to try. Will you come with me?"I asked.

"Someone should stay here. You go."

He must not want to be seen.

"Okay. Please stay safe."I said, picking up my sniper.

I attached it to the brown strap on my back and left the room. I hope this works. I reached the courtyard unseen, and kneeled about ten meters away from the wall. I took off the sniper and aimed at the wall.

"Let's hope this works..."

BANG!

The bullet shot towards the wall. The impact created a small hole and a few cracks. I aimed again and shot. But this time, I didn't hit the wall. I had hit one of the Monokub's giant robots. It had walked in front of the sniper so I couldn't shoot the wall. I scurried backwards in an attempt to get away. I heard sets of footsteps running towards me.

"Y/N?!"A voice yelled.

I stood my ground, despite the despair-inducing thought of death looming in my mind. The Robot swung it's arm to grab me, but I dodged. I shot again, hitting the bot in the leg. But to my surprise, the bullet bounced off.

"W-What?"I growled out.

This is it. I'm so dead. I was slammed to the side by the robot's giant hand. I tumbled into the staircase, hitting my head.

"Ha...Is that all you got-"

I was picked up off the ground by a second robot. I coughed, a small dribble of blood coming from my mouth. This is my last bullet.

"Eat this you bucket of bolts!"I shouted, shooting it in the face.

I was dropped. Now's my chance! Grabbing my sniper, I ran. Up the stairs and through the group of people who had now gathered.

"I suggest you get out of here if you don't wanna die!"I laughed, darting for the school.

This fear....for some reason, it made me excited. I grinned, hearing the clanking of metal feet behind me. I made a sharp turn to the hall, heading for what I learned was my Ultimate Lab.

"Damn. I lost 'em"I chuckled, doing mine and Amami's secret knock on the door.

The door opened and Amami haistly let me in.

"You're bleeding? What the hell did you do now?"He asked with concern.

"Shot one of the Monokub's robot things."I stated bluntly.

"What?! You could have died!"He said grabbing my shoulders.

I felt a smile creep onto my face. The despair from earlier had come back.

"I know."
