((Ruby's POV))

I turned to talk to Ciel but he was gone. I pulled on Sebastian's arm. "Sebastian....This is bad. We need to find Ciel." I said frantically. He looked at me, curiosity in those crimson orbs. "I don't understand. Why are you so worried you just met him basically today." I looked at him. "Because he's Ciel." I said and jumped out the window beating my wings in a furious pace. I smirked at Sebastian. "Come and catch me." I said and flew out of sight.

((Ciels POV))

And here I was all wrapped in belts. Sebastian would get me soon though. I played along with everything until Sebastian and Ruby burst through the door. "Well well well Little Phantomhive. Who's this pretty lady?" My kidnapper asked. I refused to answer and Sebastian took a couple bullets to the head for Ruby. She leaped over to me hitting people with her wings. I grinned. She had unusual strength and ripped those belts off. She crumpled to the floor in pain suddenly. I bent over her. I saw a couple feathers ripped off and her wing was bleeding. I leaned down and whispered to her so no one else could hear. "Are you okay?" She looked up at me. Blood was dripping from the corner of her mouth. "Im fine." she grunted. "Sebastian!" I yelled as he finished off the last person. He ran over and I pointed to Ruby. I felt a weird warmth on my face and put my hand to my cheek. My cheek was wet. Sebastian looked at me shocked but said nothing. "We have to get her to the manor." He said to me. I nodded and Sebastian and I walked back to the manor. Well....When I say walked I meant that Sebastian demon sped ahead and came back for me. When I got to he manor I bounded up the stairs and went to Ruby's room. I saw that her already pale skin was extremely white. She had bruises all over her body and her wings were spread out behind her. Her blood was already staining the sheets. She had passed out in Sebastian's arms. Sebastian came up with bandages and hydrogen peroxide. I winced as he cleaned out her wound and bandaged it up. I sat down on a chair near her bed. Sebastian looked at me for a minute then just walked out leaving me to wait.

((Ruby's POV))

I slowly opened my eyes. Everything was blurry like I had been in darkness for weeks. I blinked a couple times and tried to rub my eyes. A jolt of pain went through my right arm and I winced. I looked over my shoulder and saw a bandage on my right wing. Everything became crystal clear after seeing that bandage wrapped around my wing. It was bloody but I didn't have the energy to move much. I tilted my head and saw Ciel sleeping in a chair next to me. "C-Ciel?" I whispered, my voice almost inaudible. His head jerked up and he groggily opened his eye. Weird.... he sleeps with his eyepatch on. Maybe he forgot to take it off..... When he saw me he jumped up. "How are you feeling?" He asked. I winced. "Okay.." I barely choked out. "Do you want something to drink?" He asked me. I nodded and smiled weakly. He rushed out of the room and came back with a glass of ice water. "Thanks." I said gulping it down. He sat down on the edge of the bed. He looked at me and a tear fell. I beckoned him to me. He came near me. I kissed his cheek. "Im okay Ciel. Just in a little pain." I smiled sadly. "I had a question." He blurted out. "So. Ask away."
