it had been two weeks since i seen ella and i was sad because i wanted to get to know her more.
"mate did you hear me?" louis asks. i shake my head, losing my train of thought.
"sorry, um what were you saying?"
"i said are you coming to niall's party tonight" he rolls his eyes and types on his phone. i sigh and lay my head down on the table.
"i guess" i groan.
"great" he says. i pick up my fork and fumble around with the food on my plate. the door to the cafe opens and i look up to ella coming in.
she notices me and smiles. i wave at her and motion for her to come over.
"hi harry" she smiles. louis looks up from his phone and drops it when he sees ella.
"e-ella?" he says unsure.
"um hi lou" she awkwardly smiles at him.
"you two know each other?" i ask.
"u-um yeah, he's my ex"
