The Decision

Watchtower....................

Batman sat at the table eating an apple when the League approach him smiling. That was the first warning he received and he knew they wanted something.

'Why do I tolerate them again?' He asked himself as Diana sat beside him with Hal on his right. "Hey Spooky! You look great today." He said as Bruce rose an eyebrow.

'There's something definitely going on.' He concluded as he finished chewing and looked at them. He put his head on his hand and stared at all of them then at Clark.

"What do you want?" He asked as Clark sighed relieved. "You're...in a good mood.." He said surprised as Bruce grunted. "Hurry up before it changes." He said as Barry smiled.

"I..well..er...we were wondering-." "You are assigned to go to the Titans Tower and stay with them until further notice." Diana said as Bruce stared at her then the rest of them.

"And who...said that I needed to go?" He asked as Clark looked at him sheepishly. "Well...considered that kids love you and that you have two kid apart of that particular group, I said you needed to go." He said as Bruce stared at him.

"And your point is?" Bruce said as Clark sighed. "Just do as I say just this once. They were recently attacked by Slade, your nemesis. Aren't you worried about them?" Clark asked as Bruce yawned.

"The boys don't need me hovering over their shoulders every fifteen minutes. Nightwing can handle it." he said as Clark sighed. "I don't doubt his skills, I just think it's safer for you to go." He said as Bruce frowned.

"Why can't any of you go?" He asked as they all looked away. "Um...well they hate us since we were their mentors..." Oliver said as Bruce sighed.

"Fine. But you all owe me." He said as he got a bag of strawberries. "When do I need to leave?" He asked as Clark laughed nervously. "Now would be good." He said as Bruce blinked.

Titans Tower 9am........................

Raven strolled alongside Damian as Damian held the black puppy in his arms. "I'm glad you like him." She said as Damian tutted. "I appreciate your thoughtfulness. My father loved him as well....Ace has taken a liking to him quickly." He responded as Ace's ears popped up and he jumped out of Damian's arms barking.

Both frowned as they went after him and walked into the living room and froze. Batman sat on the couch as Ace licked his face.

"I missed you too boy." He said as he looked at Damian and smirked. "So....is that the girl you were telling me about?" He asked as Damian blushed softly and nodded.

Batman stared and hummed as the others came in with food and paused. "B?" Dick said in surprise as Batman looked and smiled softly. "What's up brat?" He said as Dick frowned.

"Hey?" He said as Batman sighed. "You guys are probably not going to like this....but I've been force to stay here and keep an eye on all of you. The League are stupid." He said crossing his arms.

"I told them that you could lead and protect them because I know what I taught you and I know for a fact that you are awesome at being a leader." Batman said as they stared at him.

"I can't really say no since I'm not one of the founding members anymore..." He grumbled and sighed. "Anyway...I won't get in the way...I can already feel hatred in the room." He murmured as Ace whined.

He got up and looked at Dick who just blinked. "Why send you?" He finally asked as Batman shrugged. "Hell if I know." he said as Kori smiled.

"If you're going to stay here, you have to follow the rules." She said as Batman laughed. "Of course. I'm not badly mannered and you of all people should know that." He responded as Garfield smirked.

"So....your Dad is staying here with us?" He asked Dick as Dick sighed. "Yes. Could someone show him where he'll be staying?" He asked as they all frowned.

"How about we get a say! He's an adult and adults suck and they are losers." Bumble Bee said as Batman whistled. "Ouch....well I'll just find my own room while you guys talk." He said as he walked out of the room with Ace trailing behind him.

"We can't actually go up against the decision that Superman made. I have no control over it so I can't do anything just like B can't do anything." He responded as they all groaned.

"But he's a stick in the mud! He never wants to have fun! He's so serious all the damn time. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if she took Kori's place and started training us for hours on end!" Garfield said as Damian chuckled.

"Father is very....well I'll let you guys see it. I'm going to go help him unpack." He said as he headed out the door. "Dick is right, Batman and us are in the same boat so please try to be on your best behavior." Kori said as they all grumbled.

"Good, now you guys can go and greet him..." She trailed off as Bruce walked in with sweats and a T-shirt on. He brushed his hair back looked at Dick smirking.

"I told you I'd do it. My hair is almost as long as yours." He said pulling it back into a messy ponytail. They gaped at him as Dick chuckled pushing him lightly and Bruce fell onto the couch.

"I've been hurt! Oh God I'm dying!" He said as Dick laughed hitting him. "B? Go on. They don't know you as you." He said as Bruce jumped up.

He flipped his hair dramatically and put his hand on his hip. "What's up. The names Bruce Wayne, but y'all can call me Bruce, B, Bitch or whatever." He said as Dick hit him.

"Oh...forget about the bitch part." He said mouthing and pointing at Dick who laughed. "Oh hush you. Now does Alfred know about this?" He asked as Bruce froze.

"Shit." He said as he looked at his phone and hissed. "Shit....I'm dead. Plan the funeral." He groaned as Dick rolled his eyes.

"Stop being dramatic." He said as Bruce called Alfred. "Hey Alfred-." "You have one second to tell me where the hell you are or you will wish I didn't take you in." Alfred said as Bruce cleared his throat nervously and explained the situation.

Alfred was quiet and then they heard a soft sigh. "Well, I guess I'll kick your crushes ass later." He said as Bruce rolled his eyes. "I don't like Clark Alfred." He said as Alfred chuckled.

"Well he likes you." He said as Bruce rolled his eyes once more. "I'll text you later Alfred." He said hanging up and sighed. "He's so embarrassing.." He grumbled as Dick laughed.

"Well B, welcome to the Titans." He said as Bruce smiled softly. "Thanks for having me...now who wants to train?" He said as they all sighed heavily glaring at Dick.
