Chapter 21

Olivia's PoV

I got Alyssa to say what happened.

I almost threw up.

we all ran to the o2l house, and knocked on the door. I heard someone slam into the ground, and the door swung open revealing Ricky.

I stared into his eyes as he stared into mine.

Could anyone be more perfect?

no no no what?

I have a boyfriend..

I thought about eric, how he was thousands of miles away.

I thought about Ricky, who seems like the ideal perfect guy for me who's right next door.

I sigh.

who knows if even Ricky would like me.

I guess I sort of tuned everyone out, and everyone started walking inside. I just decided to follow.

I headed in, and everyone walked into the living room.

I sat down next to Ricky because there weren't any other places to sit.

Connor was sitting by alyssa, and they were really close and I took a secret picture.

I giggled, and glanced over at hailey, who was standing awkwardly and refusing to sit by any of the boys, and finally sat down by Andrea, who was glaring at her.

Kian turned on the TV, and went on Netflix and finally spoke.

"so what does everybody wanna watch¿?"

Alyssa immediately stood up and waved her hands around like a maniac and said

"We need to watch mean girls right now!!"

Connor, Hailey, Andrea, sam, Ricky, Trevor and I all nodded in agreement.

Kian smiled and quickly found mean girls and started playing it.

Ricky stood up as the previews started and said "I'm getting some popcorn okay?"

I stood up and said "I'll help" and followed him into the kitchen.

Lyss's POV

I was sitting next to Connor.

I could smell the Starbucks in his breath,

and being the basic white girl I am, I loved it.

(I'm kidding I'm not a white girl I'm Hawaiian haha)

Ricky and Olivia returned and passed out bowls of popcorn and sat down by eachother.

Connor & I were sharing a popcorn, and we ended up playing around with it.

we would see if we could catch it in our mouths.

I won, by the way.

We started to actually focus on the movie, and when we reached the part where everyone was acting like monkeys, Connor pulled me into a hug causing me to scream in surprise.

We started laughing, and everyone else groaned "be quiet" and "shh" and eventually, they paused the movie and went into the basement to play pool until we'd shut up (xD)

When we finally calmed down, I realized how close we were.

I was basically sitting on his lap.

I blushed, and he smiled.

We kinda both look into each other's eyes, and we both start leaning in.

At first our lips brush, and we pull away. I look at him, and he smiles sweetly.

We lean in again, and this time, the kiss was more passionate.

I hear a giggle from behind the couch, yet I ignore it.

Suddenly, there's a flood of water splashed on top of us.

I scream, and cuddle closer to Connor as the water slowly stops.

I peek one eye open, and see Olivia and Ricky holding a bucket over us laughing like hyenas.

I start to blush, and I hide my face in Connors chest.

I felt someone's arms (Connors duh) pick me up and spin me in circles, while the water off of us splash anyone within 8 feet of us.

Now were the ones laughing like hyenas.

Suddenly, the spinning stops. I open my eyes, to see Connor sprinting out the door to the pool.

We can guess what happens next.

I was plunged into the pool, and I snatched Connors leg and pulled him in as kian screamed "CANNON BALL" and jumped in.

Next thing we knew, everyone was laughing and screaming in the pool.

After a long hour or so in the pool, I climbed out and went inside without anyone noticing.

I guess Connor followed, and came in behind me and tossed me a towel.

I dried off and sat down on the couch next to him, and looked over at him.

"Lyss.." He says, and stares into my eyes.

I start to blush, and he starts to lean in, as do i.

Right as our lips barely touch, the door swings open reveling Jc with super messy hair, and Kc right behind him wearing a robe.

"what the fuck" Connor says, and stands up and runs over to jc and smacks him right in the face.

I follow, and stare at kc right In the eyes to prove I'm dead serious.

"I know what you 2 were up to" Connor & I say at the same time.

I smile at him as he does the same, and we quickly return our focus to them.

"Kc, I know your 18 now but seriously? I thought you hated jc" I say, and glare at her.

"jc, I cannot believe you do this to her. we all know you f*cked her." Connor states, while everyone else floods into the house and stands by us.

Jc glares at Connor. "Well at least I wasn't the one who f*cked Lia." Jc replies, and smiles smugly.

"W-what?" I say, and turn to face Connor. "What the hell? Lia is one of my friends..." I calm myself. "I can't rip this guy limb from limb...i really like him. maybe even more than I like carter.." i think to myself.

"I need some air" I say, and
walk to the door grab my shoes and storm out of that god forsaken house.
