Lexi’s POV

Once I got home from Wal-Mart I unloaded all the food into the fridge, squishing it in, hmm maybe I bought too much... oh well. I stored all of the liquor in the cabinet under the television in the living room, hopefully the boys won’t find this too quickly so it can be all mine for now.

I took out a tub of cookie dough ice cream I bought earlier and dug into its deliciousness, mmm my favourite. While eating it I started wondering about Derrick and people from my pack. I wonder if they remember me, maybe they see me but push me away just like I did with them. Maybe they’ll try to turn me away from my bad girl ways, hell no that won’t happen. I’m not losing my cigarettes, my boys or my booze without them I would go insane.

Half way through the tub of ice cream I became full so decided it would be best if I take a run in my wolf form. Damn, this will hurt I haven’t gotten hurt out for a weeks due to driving down back here.

Luckily I’m still familiar with the forest behind this house so I will know to keep away from the East of it as that is where most of the people in the pack live and I need to make sure not to go too far in as they may be there on their run.

I step out the back door into the garden which leads onto the forest and walk to edge of the garden where the forest starts. I take off all my clothes so they don’t get ripped when I turn into my wolf, I can’t bear to lose anymore dresses as many of them were destroyed thanks to Drake, as put them into a pile in the corner of the garden.

I start the transformation into my wolf which hurts so much, maybe I should turn more often I can’t handle this every time. My wolf is a midnight colour as it matches my hair colour before it was dyed to blonde and it has white paws which have a small flicker of auburn in them. The eyes of my wolf were a forest green which had small amounts of ocean blue around the edges. Due to my father being the alpha of the pack I was larger than normal wolves as it showed dominance against them.

My bones start pushing out of place to change into my wolf form, I crouch down to the floor to try and easy the pain but it won’t stop, I guess that teaches me to turn a lot more often. I roll over and my bones keep cracking and moving. I lay there for a while waiting for the transformation to stop and just wait for the pain to end. After I get over the pain of turning, I dash off into the forest with the wind whipping past me and my paws pounding the grass with each step I take.

Adrenaline is pumping through my body as my wolf is excited to be out once again. My wolf howls in excitement and I bound past all of the trees. There’s a drip of water on my snout and I can see there’s a light drizzle of rain. I can’t be out here for too long then otherwise I will take forever to dry. I decide after 10 more minutes outside its time to go in as the rain is picking up. I run back into the garden and shake off the water from my fur. I grab the pile of clothes in the corner of the garden and take them inside trying to keep them dry as the rain is heavier now and I do not want to open up my bag to get new clothes as that is just too much effort.

I start the transformation back into my human self which is always surprisingly a lot easier and less painful, I never understand why. I push my bones back into their original place and my eyes turn back to their normal colour, my midnight fur shrinks and turns into skin and blonde hair. Maybe I should’ve come inside earlier, my hair is soaked and I’m shivering, oh well it was fun. I grab the pile of clothes and slip them on which warms me up slightly but not enough so I go upstairs to grab and towel and wrap it around my hair keeping the drips of it off my back.

I walked back downstairs and jumped onto the sofa and grabbed the blanket on the floor and put it over me warming myself up more. I turn on the tv to a movie which happened to be pineapple express, ah man I love this film as much as I love James Franco he’s so yummy. I grab the bottle of vodka I left on the table earlier as chug some of it down, you’re probably thinking how can she drink like that? Well I was taught by the drinking god’s aka Ricky, Charlie, Roy and Drake and now I can drink like a pro by I’m still a lightweight.
