Chapter 2

Yuna POV

I sat on my bed playing on my phone when suddenly Bella calls me.

*On the phone*
'Hi Bellaaaa!'

'Yunaaaa!'

'So did you know there is a new girl coming to our school.'

'OMG WHO?'

'I don't know someone told me it was the sister of one of my brothers friends or something...'

'Lol when is she coming?'

'She's coming tomorrow.'

'Oh okay but I gotta go my mom wants me to help her with something. BYEEEEE!'

'BYEEEE!'
*End call*

~Next day~
Beep beep beep

'SHUT UP!'

Beep beep beep

'OMG SHUT UP!!!'

'Uhm Yuna... why are you yelling at your alarm?' Jin chuckles.

'Shhhh 5 more minutes... WAIT! GET OUT OF MY ROOM!!!!' I scream and throw a pillow in Jin's direction. I get out of bed and do my morning routine. When I'm done and walk towards the kitchen I smell something sweet.

'PANCAKES!!!!' Omg I'm way to happy with food. This is just not healthy anymore... I start eating and put my plate in the sink when I'm done.

'Need a ride to school?' Jin asks.

'Nah I'm fine.'

'Okay but if you get wet it's not my fault.' I look outside and see it's raining. (Ugh I'm not gonna walk in that for 15 minutes!)

'Okay okay fine, but just this once.'

'Sure let's just go.'

'BYE MOM AND DAD WE'RE LEAVING!!!' I scream Jin's ear and he covers it.

'BYE HONEY HAVE A GOOD DAY AT SCHOOL!' We get inside Jin's car and drive to school.

We arrive at school and I walk to my class because we are late, again.

'Good morning ms Kim. Late again I see?' Mr Lee says a bit annoyed.

'Sorry Mr Lee, it won't happen again.' I'm internally rolling my eyes as I try to sound as sweet as possible. He continues his lesson and I start to copy the notes on the board. The lessons pass by quickly and I notice a new girl sitting in front of me.

-RIIIIINGGGGG-

'Finally! Lunch! I'm starvingggggg!!!' I say when I walk with Bella to the cafeteria.

Lauren POV

ugh i hate first days, like I've had to introduce myself in every lesson that I had which is very awkward and apart from the guy behind me asking for a pen nobody has really talked to me, I feel my phone buzz in my back pocket, oh great its tae no I look important and very busy and not just like I'm standing there with no one to talk to
ive already walked quickly to the bathroom twice to look like im super buzy and now I have more reasons to look super interesting !! THANK GOD FOR THIS DUDE

BROO: Heyyoo
Me: Wassup
BROO: Hows your first day??
Me: fine I guess haven't really seen any people to possibly awkwardly talk to
BROO: just give it some time people will like you, I mean I even like you
Me: hahaha funny 🖕🖕🖕
BROO: better be nice to me, right now I'm you're only friend
Me: great..
BROO: gtg I'm late
Me: of course you are...
BROO: BYEEEEE HAVE FUN MAKE SOME FRIENDS
Me: NOOO DONT GO YOU'RE BLOWING MY COVER

At least I've passed some time and now it's time for class
B023 where the fuck is that
I look around me trying to find some indication
So I just walk and see where I come out after passing the same EQUALITY FOR ALL poster for the third time I realise IM LITERALLY WALKING CIRCLES I just take a seat in the busy cafeteria and go on Instagram,
'Hey are you new?'
I look up and I see two girls looking at me with a sweet smile on their face

'yeahh I am' i say

'whats you're name?' the taller girl says

'Lauren and yours'

'Nice to meet you Lauren im bella and this is Yuna'

'Haii nice to meet you'

Woahh I'm proud of myself I'm having a conversation with these girls and they look cool

they sit down at the table and ask me some questions

'So why are you transferring' Bella says

'Ohh my old school was not teaching at the level that I am in it was too easy'

'Damn smart ass'

I immediately laugh out loud
'I'm literally stupid like once I burnt pasta cause I didn't know you have to add water to it'

'Omg we've burnt cheese before and put unpeeled potatoes in the frying pan' Yuna says and we talk and laugh more

'Do you guys know where B023 is' I ask when its almost time for class

oh yeah, of course, im in that class I can take you Yuna says

'really omg lifesaver' i almost shout

I'm way to hyper for a first day but I'm just happy I made some friends I think to myself.

everybody looks at me for just screaming and Bella and Yuna laugh.
well so much for a good first impression.
