Poor

After picking up my scattered and reachable clothes, I took a look in my wallet only to see none.

"Wow, I'm this poor?" I took out my ids and put them inside my pocket. I wandered around the area, hungry. She didn't even let me have breakfast.

The cat from earlier came to my vision again. "Hey kitty, can you find me a new house?" I smiled at the cute sight infront of me. It answered 'meow' ofcourse, and started walking infront of me.

I followed the kitty, hoping it understood me. We've been walking around for an hour, my feet started to hurt.

"Kitty, we need to rest." And like it understands me, the cat stopped and sat beside me.

Suddenly there was a knife pointed in my throat. "Seriously?" I said to myself in disbelief.

"Give me your wallet and phone. Hurry up!" No one could help me because the area I was in an alley.

"Look, I don't have money. I don't even have home! I'm a beggar here." I told the holdaper honestly.

"Don't fck with me you rich kid. Your face has it." Wow, I never thought criminals based their intuitions by face now.

"I know I look handsome. But can't handsome people be poor too?" This doesn't feel like robbing anymore. It's just a small chat with a criminal.

"Don't deceive me you scum. Just give me the money and phone, then my job here is done!" I gave him my wallet, my phone which has no contacts and isn't even an iphone.

"Wtf? This is just your wallet! And your phone is so outdated it's considered trash." I was hurt for my phone. Even though it was just nokia, we had our moments too.

"I told you okay? You didn't believe me bro." I shook my head in disappointment. He let go of me and gave me his knife.

"Why are you giving me this?" I asked him.

"You need it much more than I do. Don't worry bro, practice makes perfect. You could also use that face of yours and deceive lots of girls. Anyway, I gotta go. Good luck in stealing." I have never been so dumbfounded in my whole life.

But he still took my nokia and wallet.
