Netanya's p.o.v.

As they rougly pulled my brother out of the prince's room, I followed behind. My head was unsettled as I tried to process the events happening and walk as fast as the royal guards to keep up with them. I couldn't even potray a particular emotion, I had so many questions. Where were they taking my brother? What will they do to him? How did the river boy turn out to be a Prince? Now that he knows I am an Israelite and I bathed at that part of the river, would he turn me in? Would he have me killed?. My head was beginning to throb but I had to be strong. The guards pulled him through the hallways as he kept begging and bribing them with special oils, what would they use Arabian oil for?

We passed the vineyard and cold breeze chilled my skin as we went into a dark route, they was light at the end of the passage and the space was shallow and empty. As my brother spoke, it echoed much to my disapproval and also the guards because one of them hit him on the head with the back of his guard weapon telling him to be quiet. He whimpered softly. When we passed the oil lamp at the end of the passage, the guards took the left side and now i was beginning to worry.

"Where are you taking him too?" I asked but they didn't answer me and I got more agitated. What if they were going to kill him against the prince's orders since he was an unimportant slave after all. No! I can't let that happen so I ran ahead of them and stopped them.

"Where are you taking him to?" I asked my hands stretched forward indicating them to stop.

The one with the Voice that sounded like the croack of a frog replied first," MOVE AWAY WOMAN!"

"I will" I swallowed, fear knitting my intestine "just tell me where you are taking him too then I'll move" I clapped my hands together to beg him but he looked at his companion and the other one grunted and flinged his head to the side. The guard with the croack voice nodded then took one look at me and pushed me aside. I wasn't expecting it so I was unstable and hit the ground. The rough ground scrapped my elbow, giving me one of those small scratches that hurt so much but I didn't care. I got up and continued after them, nursing my injury as it stinged and cursing my skin for being so soft.

We got to the end and entered another passage which had Four guards at the entrance, they all nodded at themselves like lizards as we passed them. This passage wasn't empty, it had doors. Each door had a guard and woods crossed against each other forming small squares, they were fixed into the mud walls and I discovered they weren't empty.  I jumped up when a human's hand popped out of one and started moaning. Soon the whole place was filled with groans and wailing. It was the palace dungeon, I felt relaxed now knowing he would still be alive.

They came to an empty one and they pushed him into it, I rushed to nurse him and before i knew it, they closed the wooden frame against me. I called at them but all I could hear was mocking laughter that echoed down the passage.

I didn't know what to, should I scream? but who will hear me? The path down here was far from where people were and the guards here won't do anything to help me. After several attempts to open the cage door, I gave up. I sat on the sandy hard floor and hugged my knees, regrets, fear and confusion pressing me down. I only remembered him then and his noisy heavy breathing.

"Please don't tell Mother about this" he pleaded from across the room.

I raised my head up to look at him "are they going to kill you?"  I asked dread and sadness climbing my throat.

"No, they'll just do similiar worst things that would make me wish I was dead. In Egypt, Nobody goes free from a Sin" he looked away.

"But why?" Tears was already streaking down my cheeks and it's presence made my voice crack and my heart sink " why have you disgraced us like this?"
