Y/n's P.O.V.

I slowly sit up in my bed, checking the time on my phone, 3:47am. Another sleepless night. I climb out of bed and walk into my bathroom and hop right into the shower without looking in the mirror. I start to wash my hair, while I'm in the shower I get lost in my thoughts and when I finally climb out of the shower it's around 4:30 am. I brush my teeth writing a reminder to take the mirror off the bathroom wall. Mirrors suck.

I make my way into the kitchen and make myself a small cup of coffee. My phone dings and I look to see a text from my boss saying that he has a new assignment for me if I'm up for it. I remind myself to text him back later and head to the living room to watch some television. When I turn on the television the first thing that pops up on the screen is Tom's face. A commercial for Spiderman is playing, I quickly change the channel. The next channel is playing a recording of Billy Elliot. I switch of the television with an angry sigh and throw the remote across the room.

I pick up my phone from beside me and text my mom asking her if she can come over. She responds saying that she'll send Josh over. Which means it'll be a good two or three hours before he arrives. After the last few months I've moved into a new home away from my family, I needed a break from everyone I knew, even if they are my family. I text Josh asking if he is on his way, while I'm typing I head back to the kitchen to put my cup back. Josh responds with a yes, I start to type a drive safe when I swear I see Tom outside the kitchen window.

Y: JOSH HELP

J: What?

J: y/n????

Y: OMG IM GONNA DIE

J: Why what's wrong?

Y: I SWEAR THOMAS HOLLAND JUST WALKED BY MY WINDOW

J: Y/n, Tom doesn't know where you live

Y: JOSH IM NOT PLAYING

J: I thought you were over him

Y: How could I be over him? I loved him

J: Loved? Past tense. Also he wasn't there when HIS OWN BABY DIED

Y; Nevermind don't come over

J: Y/n don't be like that

Y: Don't bring it up. Just go home

Y: Don't even come. I don't want to fight.

Before Josh can reply I shut my phone off and walk to my bedroom, leaving my phone in the kitchen. When I get to my room I lay down in bed and cuddle into the blankets. I turn on the tv to drowned out the quiet and try to sleep. Which fails like always, but I continue to lay there until the doorbell rings. I continue to lay there hoping the person at the door will just leave. The doorbell continues to ring and I just lay there turning the volume of the tv higher.
