Eren pov:
It was first period with mrs hanji she's an interesting teacher but I as I lay my head down on the desk listening I get a feeling as if someone's I lift up my head a bit above my arm a bit and saw mikasa was looking at me in the corner of her eye.

"What's her deal?" I ask myself

She then turns looks back to mrs.hanji direction. I lay my head back down and once I did mrs.hanji started speaking.

"Ok class today we are going to choose partners for tomorrow's lab and for a project I'm going to assign you today its easy and simple but for now let's choose partners but it's going to be in alphabetical order since some you choose your friends and never get your work done so the first person to choose their partner is mikasa ackerman. Mikasa can you come up here and choose your partner wisely."

I look up at she scans around the room I look out the window so I wouldn't make eye contact with her and she wouldn't choose me but surely she chose me.

"I'll choose eren as my partner."
-
She smiles and everyone widen their eyes because they all know me as the loner of the school then mrs.hanji spoke.

"Is that okay with you eren?" Everybody turns around and looks at me. I feel embarrassed but I had no other choice to accept.

*sigh* "Fine she can be my partner."

"Ok then tomorrow mikasa you'll be working with eren."
-
Mikasa nods and sits down I just go back to laying my head back down everyone else chose their partners and the bell rung and I went to second period after that it was time for lunch I don't eat lunch since I'm not hungry most of the time I sit where I always sit place my bag down and do my usual thing. But then I pick up the scent of mikasa perfume I guess shes here I thought to myself. After a minute I felt a tap on my shoulder it was mikasa .

"Oh hey mikasa."

"Hey eren hows your day been going?"

"It's been good so far."
-
"That's good to hear."
-
She gives me a warm smile that I cannot stop looking at but I just shake my head and turn up my volume for my music and put my head down. After 10 minutes I looked up a bit and stared at mikasa she wasn't doing anything but just studying notes and listening to music while eating her salad. I smiled a bit in my sleeve then I came to a sudden shock that I was actually smiling why am I smiling is? Is it cause of mikasa? Nah that can't be it or could it I mean she really pretty oh what am I saying but in the midst of my thoughts I lost my smile as soon as I saw jean walk towards our table I'm guessing to talk to mikasa but I didn't care I put my head down but I paused the music to listen to their conversation.

"Hey mikasa come sit with us instead of someone who wouldn't even talk to you."

"No I'm ok jean eren isn't much of a talkative person."

"Nah come on." I peek up to see and he grabs Mikasa by the wrist.

"Jean I said no just let me study in peace."

"No lets go your sitting with us why sit with this loser." I can see his grip tighten on mikasa wrist I couldn't take it I got up and grab jean wrist and then everyone in the lunch room gets quiet and looks toward our direction.

"If mikasa said no then it means no got it."
-
"Tch What are you gonna do about it yeager."
-
"This."
-
I tighten my grip on jean hand and manage to pull it off mikasa wrist and i shove his hand to jean chest he gets mad and grabs my jacket.

"Hey what the hell let go of me."
-
"No why do you have a girl like mikasa sitting with you she should be sitting with me."
-
"Maybe she's not interested in a horseface jerk."

"Want me to punch you in the eye again like I did yesterday."
-
"Oh please those punches felt like feathers."

"At least my father around." My eyes widened and i started gritting my teeth and I clenched my fist really hard and I felt my eyes change if get angry I might change in front of everybody I thought quick and looked down.

Mikasa pov:
As they were arguin I saw eren fist starting to shake he was really mad I've never seen him like this Yeah he may be a little mean but I know on the inside he's calm and sweet.

"What did you just say."

"You heard me yeager at least my fathers around."
-
"My father is traveling the world helping people and what the hell is your father doing huh nothing , nothing at all."

"Tch at least my mother has a job."

I saw eren raise his fist but I quickly got up and grabbed his hand and placed it in mine.

"Eren please calm down."
-
He looks at me and that anger had started to fade away and his face changed into a disappointed look he pulls off jean hands from his jacket and pushes him on the floor.

"Get out of here." Eren says and I gave jean a stare not a friendly look but a look saying if you don't leave now I'll do worst than push you.

"Tch." Jean gets up and walks out his friend follows him out.

"You ok?"
-
"Yeah I'm fine thanks how's your wrist?

"It's fine."

"Good."

The bell rung and lunch was over we grabbed our stuff and went to gym but mike stopped us.

"What's wrong mr.mike."
-
"Nothing wring there's not gym today walk to the auditorium for an assembly."

"An assembly about what?" Eren asked.
-
"I don't know they didn't tell me anything."

"Ok." I say

Eren and I start walking to the auditorium it was packed with kids and I saw Levi this isn't good I say to myself. Eren find our seats and sat down mr.pixis the principal raised his hand and waited for everyone to be quiet and everyone stopped talking then he spoke.

"So all of you are probably wondering why all of you are here today well I'm gonna let the head chief of the police force explain."

"Morning everyone my name is Levi Ackerman I am here today to tell you about the murders that have been happening and we are concerned for your safety and we decided as a community that all kids will not be aloud out of the house at night so at 8:45 Your can not go anywhere and this for your own safety once this is all over then we will get rid of the curfew. And this curfew also counts on the weekends thank you for listening that is all."

Everyone in the auditorium get a little mad about the curfew and especially since the curfew also counts on the weekends.

"What do you think about this eren?"

"I don't really care I don't like going out that much anyways most of the time I stay home how about you?"
-
"I don't really care about it either most of the time I just stay home."
-
"Well atleast we have something in common."

We both stared at each other and again I lost myself in his green orbs I couldn't look away. But the bell rung and we got up and headed back to class.

Eren pov:
Through out the school day I couldn't stop think about what happened in the lunchroom about how my anger just went away as soon as mikasa grabbed my hand I thought music could calm me down but she did with ease there's is definitely something about her it usually takes me a while to calm down its a good thing she grabbed my hand cause if I didn't calm down I would've changed but I'm also concerned for the curfew since I have to do something on The Weeknd but whatever I'll find a way to sneak out but for now I'll forget about it. So after the final bell rung I went to the hall way and tried pick up mikasa scent and I did she was down the hall to the left so I followed until I met up with her.

"Oh hey mikasa."

"Hey Eren whats up?"

"I w-was wondering if you wanna walk back home t-together." Why am I stuttering its just mikasa.
-
"Sure I'm fine with that."
-
"Ok then."
-
We walk out the school doors and we walked to her house first just for her safety I didn't talk through out our walk which was really awkward but mikasa decided to break the silence.

"Eren?"
-
"Hm?"
-
"Why did you decide to walk home with me?"
-
"I don't know maybe just for your safety or maybe cause I don't want jean to bother you."

"Oh that's really sweet of you." I felt my cheeks heat up which never happened to me before.

"Thanks."
-
"But its ok if I'm by myself I know hand to hand combat from my uncle Levi before I moved here I used to visit him a lot and he taught me a lot."

"Oh that's really cool if you know hand to combat why didn't you just fight back against jean?"
-
"Well because I didn't feel like embarrassing him but it was really sweet of you to stand up for me and I thank you for that."

She looked at me with her gray eyes that were shining in the sun with her pink lips curling up in a smile which made me smile and then mikasa eyes widened.

"What's wrong mikasa?"
-
"Your smiling."

"W-what no im not." I blushed in embarrassment.

"Yes you were."
-
"Oh shut it."
-
She giggled and I was still blushing but after that we reached her house.

"Well here we are."
-
"Nice home."

It was a plain two floor house with a brown door with a peep hole it was really clean.

"Thanks And also thank you for walki-."

In the midst of her sentence her door opens and it reveals her uncle Levi ackerman.

"Hey mikasa Whos this?"
-
"Hi I'm eren yeager its very nice to meet you sir."

"Nice too meet you too so what are you doing here?"
-
"Oh I'm I just decided to walk mikasa home for her safety since all these murders are going on you know."
-
"Oh well thank you."

"No problem sir well I gotta get going now bye mikasa."

"Bye eren."

I wave goodbye and she walk back in with her uncle I left with a smile on my face I think today was a good day I put my earphones on and turn on my music.

Mikasa pov:
As I walk in with Levi he stars to speak.

"Good kid."
-
"Yeah he is strange to see him talk a lot though."
-
"Why's that?"
-
"Cause he's usually the quiet type."
-
"Oh I didn't know but anyways can't talk for long I gotta get back to the police station bye mikasa."

"Bye levi." He grabs his coat and opens the door and then closes it.

I go upstairs and jump on to my bed back first to look at the ceiling and started to think about eren and that smile of his my cheeks started to heat up I may have just met eren but am I already having a crush on him? I shake my head and just decided to take a shower.
