I couldn't even put in words how I felt it was so confusing at first but now that I sorta listen to the lyrics in my head that they do sound very disturbing. Such as from the song Tag,You're It "Grabbed my hand pushed me down took the words right out my mouth Tag, You're It" Now that I think about it, it sounds a lot like a song about rape and it is very disturbing. I do like some of her songs still that aren't as what you call "super disturbing" such as Mrs. Potato Head, Dollhouse, and Crybaby. But I never actually though that a girl like Melanie Martinez can do something that cruel to someone else but do we really ever see it coming.
