Saawariya..My Love (RagLak)

chap 9

Past continues.. (before independence, 150 years back..)

Ragini was looking at Rashmi shocked for what she asked just now. Rashmi then looks at Ragini. She smiles and holds her shoulders, 

"రాగిణి, నేను ఊరికే.. సరదాకి అన్నాను"  

("Hey Ragini, I was kidding..!!") she says in chuckle. 

Ragini comes out of trance, Rashmi was laughing at her. 

"నిజమే అనుకున్నావా..?"   

"Did you think, I was serious..??" asks Rashmi. 

Ragini frowns her eyes and beats her on shoulder. Rashmi keeps laughing. Ragini keeps her hand on her chest and sighs, 

"ఒక్క క్షణం గుండె ఆగినంత పనైంది..!"   

"For a minute, my heart stopped working..!!" Ragini says. 

Rashmi looks at Ragini, 

 "లక్ష్య అంటే, అంత ఇష్టమా రాగిణి..?"  

"Do you love Laksh that much Ragini..?" she asks. 

Ragini looks at Laksh who was standing too far from them, talking to someone. 

"అతను నా ప్రాణం రష్మీ. అతను లేకుండా నేను బతకలేను..! అసలు, నేను తన కోసమే పుట్టాను అని అనిపిస్తుంది..!"
   

"He is my life Rashmi. I can't live without him. I feel, I have born just for him.." Ragini says looking at Laksh lost... 

Rashmi just stares at her. 

Later, RagLak returns to house.. Rashmi insists that she will go away back to parents. But, she goes to the cave where she painted Laksh. 

She looks at his painting and says, 

"నేను కూడా నువ్వు లేకుండా బ్రతకలేను లక్ష్య. నువ్వు రాగిణి భర్త అని తెలియక ముందే, నిన్ను ప్రేమించాను. నేను కూడా నీకోసమే పుట్టాను అని అనిపిస్తుంది. మేమిద్దరం ఒకేలా ఉంటాం. ఒకరినే ప్రేమించాం. కానీ, తనకే ఎందుకు ఈ ప్రేమ లభించింది..? నాకెందుకు దొరకలేదు..??"   

"Even I can't live without you Laksh. I have loved you before I know that you are Ragini's husband. Even, I feel I have born for you..!! Me and Ragini looks same, we both loved same boy. But, why only she gets your love?? why not me???"
