TAMING THE ANGRY BEAST

CHAPTER 7

             Om is playing with lids in the temple. I am sitting with my cousins. They asked me about my feelings on arjun. I like him nd om. I dont knw whenever i look into his eyes i always c pain nd anger. He told me that no one is there to guide him at om's age means he grow up without his parents r his parents didnt take care of him. But patel uncle is with him all the time. What happened 2 him that he is behaving like that. There is more about arjun that he didn't want 2 share with me.
      When i am in my thoughts om came nd sat on my lap nd said"munny i am hungry." we all went 2 a dhaba nd had our lunch. We went 2 movie theater nd watched a movie. We enjoyed till evening nd went home. When we r about 2 enter we heard shoutings of arjun and dev. I ran 2 them nd saw arjun nd dev r fighting. I stopped them nd said"what the hell. What r u both doing."  Dev looked at arjun nd said"nothing pari we always fight when we meet."
       As it is evening we freshup nd went 2 terrace as its cool. Om slept on my lap nd is playing with my hand. Dev and arjun came nd sat with us. Dev said"everyone listen i am in love . she is my everything. I am gng 2 marry her." i said"oh my god dev u didnt said anything tell her name na." dev is looking at arjun who clenched his jaw to controll his anger. "Soumya. She is my pa. I proposed her and she said s. As u r all my family i want u all 2 meet her. She is coming here tomorrow." I kept my hand on devs shoulder. Devs parents r always busy with their business. They loce their business more than dev. When we shifted to here when i was 5 we became friends. Infact he is my brother. He is very protective of me. . He is 8years elder 2 me. He became close 2 our family. Once dev came 2 our house with tears when i was 10. He went 2 my mother nd hugged her nd cried. I sat with him nd started crying. He said that"my parents are sending  me to paris nd r settiling in newyork. I dont want 2 go there. "  My family made him understand and said 2 cum 4r every holidays.
ARJUN'S POV
       When i opened my eyes i saw dev looking at me. I remembered everything. I punched him in the stomach nd said"stay away frm pari she is only mine. I told u already nd u knw if i want i will get it. I want pari nly for me nd om nt fr any1." dev laughed at me nd said"oh really that means u said ur past with her." i nodded my head in no he said"means u dont trust her. If u dnt trust her how u will make her urs. She is not any toy to possess her. She is human. If u really want her say hr ur past." i said"no i wont tell her nd i wnt allow u 2 take her away from me. She is only mine."
   Dev said"sorry arjun she is my 1st priority. If u want her u have 2 say ur truths. If not leave her." what no i cant leave her. If i say my truth she will surely leave me. But dev said was also true. Bt i cant leave her. She cant leave me. I thought of her leaving us is breaking my heart. Dev kept his yand on my shoulder nd said"arjun if u want her i am happy as i knw she makes u happy. I am giving u a chance tell her ur truth when she comes r else i will propose her infront of everyone. U knw every1 knows me well nd they will be happy to give pari 2 me." I started hitting him. He is also hitting me.
        Suddenly pari came nd stopped us nd asked what happened. I shook my head at dev not to tell. He said that it was our routine nd went with her looking at me.
        At evening me nd dev went to terrace. I saw om sleeping in her lap. Its been 3 days since i slept peacefully. I will get sleep only in her arms.Still there are 2 days after that we will go back 2 our house then i will sleep tight with her. When i am in thoughts dev said he loves some1.
      I am angry i clenched my jaw . If he says pari's name i will kill him. He said soumya ho she is his pa.I knw there is something between them. Oh leave it pari is mine.
     I called om md said"om plzz ask mummy 2 cum down. I want sleep on her lap. I am getting head ache."he nodded his head nd went to pari nd said"mummy i am sleepy cum we will go down." oh my baby he is my Xerox. Om looked at me nd said "daddy where is my story book." what which story book "daddy cum down nd give me." I smiled at him nd went down with them. Pari took om to their room. I followed them. She sat on bed with om in her lap i went 2 the other side nd slept on her lap. She ruffled our heads nd said"so this is ur plan ha. K sleep day after 2mrw we will go back."
