HERMIONES POV

I woke up early the next day after talking with Ginny last night I felt a whole lot better but I want to know what she has done to Ron now I have told her about Ron leaving me and harry but I needed to speak to Draco first

Hermione got up and showered got dressed and fixed her hair so it was straight with a bit of wave and walked into the living room to her surprise Draco was already awake and dressed sitting on the sofa in front of the fire

"morning" Hermione walked over to him and sat next to him he looked up at Hermione then got up and walked in to the kitchen

he can out a few moments later with a plate full of pancakes for her and him to share .after about half hour of just sitting and talking about things they like eating Hermione thought she would just ask draco straight out if she had done anything wrong

" did I upset you last night ?" he looked at Hermione like she was crazy " I mean ... its ...just you went straight to your room without saying anything last night I was wondering if I had upset you ..have I ? ..."

"what no ... no ...not at all its just I though you and Ginny might want some time together you know girl time ...im sorry if I made you feel like that " he said sincerely

"okay well shall we head off to lessons ?" Hermione was more enthusiastic to see Ginny but lessons are also important

"yeah lets head down what do we have first ?" there new timetables were the same for all returning 7th years because not all the trios year returned

"potions with professor Slughorn lets go" Hermione bounced of the couch and walked towards the door with Draco walking after her

since they had breakfast in there own common room they was a bit early for lesson to start so they were the first to class

"WHERE THE BLOODY HELL HAVE YOU BEEN ?" harry screamed as he turned the corner and saw Hermione standing with Draco outside potions

"what do you mean I was in my room " Hermione was confused

"Why wasn't you at breakfast ?" harry had stopped shouting now

" I was having breakfast in my room today I really didn't want to see Ronald thank you very much harry and I can do what I like you know you don't need to protect me harry " Hermione was getting a bit angry now harry didn't need to know where she was every minuet of every hour of every day it was ridiculous

"im sorry Hermione but I was just worried about you that's all " harry walked over to Hermione and gave her a hug after been on the run for a year they both knew how to calm each other down

when harry pulled away Hermione saw Ron heading her way and she really didn't want to talk to him but luckily slughorn called everyone into class just as he approached them

as everyone entered the class slughorn turned round before any one could take there seats

"okay everyone welcome back before we get started I have been asked to help with house unity by putting you into your pairs for the year so when I call your names greet your partner and take a seat okay ...oh and there are no changes at all you just have to deal with who you work with okay here we go first of all
