"The car is here, miss." Nami informed me and I nodded.
Namjoon's going home today.
All the boys are here for his departure. Jin got a little emotional and got teary eyed just now. Upon hearing what Nami said, Namjoon stood up from the sofa and gripped the handle of his suitcase.
"Guess this is guys. Goodbye." Namjoon forced a smile. He didn't want to leave his friends.
"Bye hyung, we'll miss you." Jimin wrapped Namjoon in his arms and squeezed the poor boy.
"Yeah, I'll miss all of you." Namjoon said after Jimin let him go. He fixed his scarf and rubbed his hands together, it rained last night and now there's a light mist covering the landscape.
"I'll miss you too, Hyun." Namjoon gave me a friendly hug and rubbed my back.
"Good luck." I winked at him and he chuckled. He walked towards the front door and Taehyung started fake crying.
"Hyung! No!" He raised his arm dramatically and fell to the ground.
"Bye!" Namjoon gave us a last wave before entering the car. We all waved back with heavy hearts.
Well, not me.
Because I know he's going to have a bright and more meaningful journey back in his home.
We watch the car disappearing as it drove away from us.
"Let's go in. It's cold out here." I ushered the boys back the house.
One out, six down to go.
It's been two weeks and I already sent one home. The more I live with them, no more I know which ones will remain.
[...]
It's been a week since Namjoon left and the boys have been coping with it quite well. In the past week, Jimin and I have learnt the whole choreography and Hoseok, well um... yeah. We haven't been hanging out lately.
Now, I'm in the practice room with Jimin, exhausted after a round of practicing.
"Hey Hyun, listen to this." Jimin walked towards me with a cheeky smile. What has got planned?
"What?" I scooted closer to him and looked at him browsing through his music playlist. He stopped at a song.
So Far Away.
"Hey, isn't that the song Yoongi made?" I asked him.
"Just listen." He clicked on the song and the sound of a violin and piano filled the room in the melody of the song Yoongi taught me.
Then, someone started rapping.
"Yoongi?" I gasped, my hand covering my mouth.
"Yup." Jimin had a proud smile plastered on his face.
"When did he record this?" I asked, my hand still over my mouth.
"A few days ago?" Jimin shrugged.
Just then, someone started singing.
"Who's this?" I furrowed my brows. The voice sounded like someone familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on it.
"Jin hyung." Jimin smiled wider.
