Noah POV

The next thing we knew we were at a hospital.

Caleb screamed.

Sadie cried the whole time, everyone else tried to stay calm.

"I'm worried about him." Sadie sobbed

"We all are," Millie said.

Caleb was cutting himself and no one knew why, he wouldn't say.

"If you tell us why, we can help you."

"No," was all he'd say.

He had nine cuts across his forearm, he had lost a whole pint of blood.

"He needs a blood transfusion," the doctor informed us.

"I'll do it," Sadie said.

We looked to her. She was dead serious.

"Alright, we'll hook you up," the doctor said, surprised.

Sadie donated two pints of blood.

Time skip

Caleb was fully awake, and we sat all around him.

Sadie POV

"Sadie," the shaken voice of Caleb said.

"Yes?"

"Thank you."

"Your welcome."

Caleb looked at all of us, "I'm sorry."

"Caleb it's okay, we are here for you," Noah said.

Y/n nodded and so did I.

Caleb smirked a little. "Sadie were you crying?"

I quickly looked away.

"Yeah she cried the whole time, it was sort of annoying," Finn said.

"Shut the fuck up Finn."

"So I guess I'll tell you why," Caleb said. "Well I guess I was a little jealous that Gaten was sucking face with Sadie.."

I immediately turned around. "I know.. I'm sorry."

"Don't be."

"But I should be, I knew you liked me. I shouldn't have done it around you."

"No it's really okay-"

"No. It's not." I said. "Since me and Gaten are only dating, not bf and gf-"

I smashed my lips onto his. I didn't care that others were watching. He was so surprised, he hesitated, but kissed back, it lasted four seconds, but it was passionate and real.

I totally forgot that Gaten was there.

"I didn't really love you like that anyways, it's okay," Gaten said, a little hurt, but he was okay.
