Chapter 22: Salute

Few days later, it was time for ourselves to get up for our big day today. We are going to be perform on The Ellen DeGeneres Show since Ellen was a big fan of us. I can't wait to meet her so bad, it's like I wanna go there already without taking a shower or something. Oh Jade, you just don't care about your presence, eh?

Jesy went to take a shower first while the others were preparing their outfits and make-up kits. Janelle is the one who's in-charge of my stuff from now on, she just likes to organise my stuff that's all.

Janelle glanced at me with a smile," You nervous?"

"Absolutely, this is my first time to meet Ellen." I exclaimed in confusion.

She laughs gracefully," Oh Jade, you're a celebrity now. Get use to meeting a famous person who's new to you."

"I know but she's totally different from others, she's a host, Janelle." I reacted in a weird way. But Ellen's different from the other hosts in TV Shows. She's more likely to be famous than ever in my opinion.

Janelle just yawned at me," I know dear, just elevate your confidence and other stuff you had."

I narrowed my eyes on her," Did you just yawned at me?"

"Well, yawning isn't bad, right?" Yeah Janelle but for me, it is bad.

"Yeah but in front of me, how pathetic."

She walks closer to me with a glare on her face," Don't even think that we're pathetic angels."

"Not pathetic angels, pathetic attitude I mean." I fake smiled as she shoots daggers on me. Whatever she will do to me wouldn't work at all, she's too angelic to be mean to me.

She was smirking at me weirdly, it's like I want to her punch her freely," I'm reading your mind, Jade."

"Who cares, I better take a shower right now." I said and went out of the room going to the bathroom. I might be late or we might be late for the show because of Janelle's attitude.

 We are now at the studio where Ellen's show is held. I am so excited to meet her, especially when I'm with the boys. I'm sitting in front of a mirror as Janelle puts on my make-up since she wants to be my assistant. Perrie was having problems with her outfit, Jesy can't find a perfect dancing shoes and Leigh-Anne's hair is a bit messy and hard to think of a perfect hairstyle for it. And me of course, I didn't have problems at all.

"You look gorgeous today, Jade." Janelle complimented as I smiled.

"Thanks, you done?"

She nodded in response," Your outfit really looks good on you."

"I know right." I smiled as I stood up from the chair and grabbed my outfit from the hanger.

After wearing it, I was expecting to see a smiling Janelle but it was a smirking Harry. He was wearing his signature white t-shirt with a blue blazer, skinny jeans and his boots. He still looks hot in that outfit though.

I sighed," I didn't expect to see you here."

"I'm just here to see you," He tells me," Janelle told me to stay here since she doesn't want you to be alone."

"Oh, how nice of you to stay here, with me." I chuckled softly as he walks closer to me. He grabs my hand and his fingers were intertwining mine perfectly. This boy never fails to make me smile to it.
